This guided process offers support in times of emotional or physical stress. We use intuition to explore deeper layers of stress and identify any subconscious patterns contributing to fear-based stress. We close the process with a gratitude practice to leave you feeling lighter as you reclaim your natural, peaceful state of being in the world. This process is known as the Micro Method and was taught to me by my teachers from the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence. Music by Chris Collins

Welcome to this guided practice where you will meet and release fear-based stress sitting in your subconscious.

Find a quiet space just for yourself.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Let your breath relax and your body settle comfortably in your seat.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Begin to slow the inhale and the exhale.

When you are ready,

Take a full breath in through your nose and let it go out through your mouth with a sigh.

As you do this,

You are signaling to your nervous system that it is okay to let go.

Let your breath begin to find its own natural rhythm.

Consider whatever stressful thought or situation is on your mind right now.

This could be emotional or physical stress.

It may be a feeling of heaviness.

Allow it to come to mind right now.

Now rate that stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of 1 to 10.

10 being the most intense.

This number will be the most intense.

This number will be the most intense.

This number will be the most intense.

This number will be the most intense.

This number will come to you instantly.

Once you have that number,

Simply let it go.

Take a full breath in through your nose and let it go out through your mouth with a sigh.

Again,

Reminding your breath to find its natural rhythm.

If you like,

You can gently place two fingers or the palm of your hand at the center of your chest.

Take a few breaths here and there.

As you notice the connection between your breath and your heart,

Let the chest open and the collarbones feel long.

Let your body just settle into position.

And you can ask silently or out loud,

What is the dominant fear in this situation?

You will see,

Hear,

Feel or know the answer.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

It may be as brief as a word.

An image,

A sound or a short phrase.

Your intuition will instantly guide you.

If you feel there is another layer to this fear,

You can ask,

What's deeper than that?

Ask as many times until you feel you have reached the deepest layer of the fear.

Take your time to allow any information to come to you.

Once you have reached the deepest layer of the fear,

Take a full breath in through the nose and let it go out through the mouth.

We will get ready to connect to a high vibrational feeling state to clear this fear-based stress.

I invite you to begin bringing to mind memories,

Events,

People or places that can evoke strong feelings.

Feelings of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy and freedom.

This could be as simple as focusing on a much-loved pet,

Your favorite food or time spent in nature.

Whatever comes to mind,

Place your focus and attention here.

As you tap into these feelings,

Allow them to move from images of the mind to feelings in the body.

Stay focused and keep returning to these strong feelings of joy,

Appreciation,

Freedom,

Gratitude.

Breathe them in with each breath,

Welcoming these feeling states.

These feelings expand with every breath in and every breath out.

Let these feelings of joy,

Appreciation,

Freedom,

Gratitude grow and expand until they feel your whole being.

We'll move into silence now to allow you to cultivate these high vibrational feeling states.

Remembering to focus on the feelings of joy,

Appreciation,

Freedom or gratitude.

I will call you back when it is time.

Staying focused for a moment longer,

Remembering to invite your mind back if it wanders.

When you are ready,

Take a full breath in through the nose and let go out through the mouth with a sigh.

Very gently,

Look around for the stressful thought,

Fear or physical symptom you rated earlier on that scale of 1 to 10.

When you find it,

Rate it again.

Know that this number will come to you instantly.

Ideally,

The number will be a 2 or below.

If the number is above 3 or more,

Repeat the process,

Evoking strong feelings of gratitude up to 2 more times,

Each time for around 1 minute.

When you are ready,

Take a full breath in through the nose and let go of your fear,

Appreciation,

Freedom or gratitude.

When you are ready,

Take a full breath in through the nose and let go of your fear,

Appreciation,

Fear or physical symptom you rated earlier on that scale of 1 to 10.

When you are ready,

Take a full breath in through the nose and let go of your fear,

Appreciation,
