This guided process offers support in times of emotional or physical stress. We use intuition to explore deeper layers of stress and identify any subconscious patterns contributing to fear-based stress. We close the process with a gratitude practice to leave you feeling lighter as you reclaim your natural, peaceful state of being in the world.
