It's time to drop the veils that have been hiding your radiance!

We'll begin this heart chakra meditation for you and your business in a comfortable position.

You can be lying or you can be seated as long as you feel relaxed and as long as your chest feels expansive and open.

Begin by placing your attention on your feet chakras which are on the soles of your feet.

This is where you connect to the earth energy.

Open those chakras wide,

Inviting Mother Earth to come up through those chakras and into your body.

As she starts to move into your body,

Grow down a great big taproot deep into the earth to really anchor you in.

Perhaps you might like to take that taproot right down to the center of the earth,

To the heart of the earth,

And imagine a crystal in the heart of the earth and the roots are wrapping around it and the energy is pulsing up from the earth's heart through your root system and into your body.

Roots also grow out horizontally from this taproot,

Spreading out as wide as you want them to go.

Feel the stability of this root system,

Feel the support,

The solidness,

How it anchors you,

How it connects you to the earth energy,

How it connects you to the earth's love.

Then take a deep breath in,

Feel your lungs,

And as you breathe out,

Empty your mind of whatever has happened today.

Become an empty vessel.

Breathe in deeply again,

Filling your chest with the breath,

Surrounding the heart,

Expanding this chakra with the breath.

And when you breathe out,

Breathe out through the heart chakra,

Through the front and through the back of your chest,

Helping to open it.

Then breathe in deeply again.

This time take that breath right through your body,

Right to the tips of your fingers,

To the tips of your toes.

And on the out breath,

Breathe down through those feet chakras,

Sending your breath,

Sending your love down into the earth.

On the next in breath,

Draw up the earth's love,

Draw it up through the root system from the heart of the earth with your breath,

Then take it through your body,

And then breathe out through your crown,

Sending your breath up out to the universe,

Sending your love to the universe.

And then the universe breathes in your love,

And then breathes out,

Sending the love of the universe down,

Down into the earth.

The earth breathes in,

Receiving this love,

And then breathes out,

Breathing this love back into your root system,

Into your body as you breathe in.

You're a part of this beautiful cycle of the breath,

A cycle of love,

A cycle of energy that's always moving through you,

An energy that includes the love of the divine,

The love of the earth,

All a part of who you are.

Be aware of this energy cycling through you,

Of this connection to all that is.

And from this space of connection,

Invite your business to come in and join you.

It comes from a distance,

Moves up towards you,

And then stops right opposite you.

You might see it visually,

It may appear in some form,

Or you may just be aware of its presence.

Take a moment to be in this awareness.

Open your heart to your business.

Thank it for joining you in this meditation.

Thank it for being in your life.

And gratitude and appreciation and love from your heart chakra to your business's heart chakra.

And then feel its response flowing back into your heart.

Tune into this connection.

And notice how with this connection,

Your heart chakra becomes larger and larger.

It's filling with the most beautiful energy.

Be aware that your business is also grounded with a root system,

The roots passing right down to the heart of the earth mother,

Helping to ground its energy on the physical plane.

And this energy is also cycling through with the energy of love,

The energy of connection.

Now place your hands in front of you,

Palms up,

Elbows by your side to connect with your business through your hand chakras.

Your hand chakras are an extension of your heart chakra energy.

And invite your business to place its energy into the palms of your hands,

Connecting heart to heart through the hands.

Notice how your hands are feeling.

What sensations are in your hands?

Now become aware of an energy that's running from your business's hand chakras into your hand chakras.

And this energy is moving up your arms to your heart.

And then when it reaches your heart,

A bridge forms between your heart and your business's heart.

And this energy runs across this bridge into your business's heart.

And then it runs back down to where the hand chakras of your business are connecting with your hand chakras.

And then it's moving through you again,

Connecting the heart of you with the heart of your business.

You might even be aware of this energy moving through you.

You might feel the energy or you might see a color,

Or you might see a light.

There might be a sensation.

You may be aware of an expansion in your hand chakras and your heart chakra as you connect with your business like this.

Now reverse the flow of energy so it's moving from your business's heart to your heart,

Down through your hands,

Into your business's hands,

Up to your business's heart.

Feel that continuous flow.

Feel your heart expand.

Feel the peace that moves through you as you build this connection with your business buddy.

Now bring your attention back to the earth energy flowing up through the root system and up to your heart.

It's bringing up a beautiful green energy,

The green of the heart.

And the same thing is happening with your business.

The connection with your business has helped open your heart and your business's heart to prepare them to release whatever is holding you back,

Whatever is holding your business back from showing up in your authenticity.

So this green energy is flowing up from the earth through you into your heart and as the energy moves to your heart,

It spins around really fast.

And as it spins around,

It's lifting out old layers of energy,

The masks you have worn that are inauthentic,

Your family,

Your education,

Your employers,

Society,

All veiled you from the power of your authentic self.

And as this energy spins around in your heart and in your business's heart,

It removes the stories,

The beliefs,

The memories of these masks,

So many,

Many masks,

So many,

Many roles you've taken on,

So much suppression of your authenticity.

As this energy spins around,

It shifts those masks,

Those facades,

Those veils that have dimmed your light,

Your authentic light.

And the same thing is happening to your business.

Now with your in-breath,

Breathe directly into your heart chakra.

And as you hold your breath,

This energy is spinning around,

Removing more and more of these layers.

And when you breathe out,

Breathe out from your heart chakra and let this old energy move with the out-breath.

Now you may choose to breathe in through the front and out through the back or in through the back and out through the front,

Or you might like to alternate.

Whatever feels right for you,

However you feel inspired,

Knowing that whatever you choose to do,

The same will be happening for your business.

As you do this breathing exercise,

This beautiful green releasing energy from the earth is moving faster and faster to really shift the denser energies being held here,

Old,

Old memories,

Old,

Old beliefs,

And they're being released out with your out-breath.

Now you may be conscious of what some of these stories are,

Stories around being inauthentic,

Stories around not allowing the full truth of your heart to be expressed through your throat chakra,

Holding back your truth,

Holding back your authenticity.

This can bottle up the heart chakra,

The channel between the heart and the throat.

You may not even be aware of what these stories are,

And that's fine too.

Just set the intention that you are releasing the masks.

You are allowing the true light of your essence to emerge.

And that beautiful,

Loving earth energy flowing up from the heart of the earth is helping you to move these stories and reclaim your authenticity.

Now take one final deep breath into the heart chakra,

Then hold the breath.

Feel this energy spin in the heart,

Clearing the last of what's ready to be released and breathe it out with a sigh,

Letting go.

And as that's released,

Tune into your heart chakra,

Feel the openness.

And then imagine an infinity symbol sitting in your heart chakra between the front and back of your heart.

Very often I see the back of the heart is where you receive and the front of the heart is where you give.

And with the beautiful clarity that's now in your heart chakra,

The green energy that's there is now flowing around in this infinity symbol.

And what it's doing is bringing harmony between the receiving aspect of the heart and the giving aspect of the heart,

Bringing them into balance.

Just be aware of this flow of energy.

The same thing is happening with your business.

And as this flow of energy brings the giving and receiving into balance,

You might feel the back of your heart chakra open up between your shoulder blades where you have previously blocked receiving.

You might feel a pressure there or a discomfort as these channels open so that they're in full balance with the giving channels of the heart chakra.

As this magnificent energy flows in the symbol of infinity,

Of harmony,

Breathe in through the back of your heart chakra.

Then hold the breath and when your heart chakra feels so full that it might explode,

Then breathe out the front of your heart chakra,

Letting go.

Do a few cycles of this breathing to help bring this harmony of receiving and giving,

Of filling your cup so that you always give from a place of fullness in your life and in your business.

The same thing is happening to the business.

And now that this harmony has been established,

Be aware of a beautiful pink energy that's coming in through the crown chakra,

Through yours and through your business's and it's moving down to fill the heart chakras.

You've cleansed your heart,

You've brought harmony to your heart and now it's time to fill it.

Feel this beautiful rose pink energy flow in and as it fills to overflowing,

The energy moves down through all the other chakras.

It overflows into your body,

Into your aura.

You are receiving so much,

Your aura is so full.

Let yourself be in this receiving place.

This is what enables you to give from that place of fullness.

This is the way that you can fully serve your clients.

Feel your heart align with this truth of the importance of receiving.

Feel it align with its authenticity shining out.

You have so much to give from your authentic self and your business is the same.

Both you and your business are full with this beautiful love,

The energy of the higher heart,

The rose pink energy.

And as this energy radiates out from your aura and from your business's aura,

It attracts in the people that you really want in your business.

The people who connect to this heart energy,

The clients,

The support,

The mentors,

The tribe drawn to the truth of your authentic self,

Drawn to the truth of your business's authenticity.

Sit for a moment in this energy of truth,

Of love,

And feel the power.

The power of attracting in those people who you want as part of your life,

As part of your business.

This is the ideal way to show up in your business each day.

Now once again,

Go down,

Tuning into your heart chakra.

Be aware of that connection again with your business's heart and thank it for all that it gives you.

The opportunities,

The connections,

The finance,

Everything it has brought to your life and feel its response and then allow the image of your business to fade away and bring your focus from your heart down into your feet chakras where those earth energies are still flowing up through your feet.

But this time be aware that as that energy moves into your feet,

It's activating your physicality,

Start to move your feet,

Move your legs,

Your hands,

Your shoulders.

Take your time coming back into your beautiful physical body by yawning or stretching.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and gently come back into your space.
