Solar Plexus Clearing For You And Your Business

The solar plexus chakra must be clear of blocks around self-worth, confidence, visibility and boundaries for you to have a successful business. In this meditation we'll shift the memories and beliefs that dim your solar plexus energy so your clients are attracted to to your shining light.

Transcript

Begin by getting yourself into a comfortable position.

You can be seated,

You can be lying.

You may even like to be standing since this is such a powerful position for the solar plexus.

If you stand,

Have your legs about hip width apart and your knees slightly bent so you're really feeling grounded and strong and anchoring the energy of the solar plexus chakra.

And then visualize a great big taproot coming out of your feet and going really deeply down into the earth.

Take it right to the core of the earth.

See a whole root system spreading off that taproot in all directions,

Taking it as wide as you want it to go.

And then feel the strength of this root system as it holds you firmly into the earth.

Now invite your business to come in and join you.

Let it show up today in whatever form it likes.

It may take on the form of a human or an animal or an insect or a color,

However it wants to show up energetically for you today.

Imagine it's opposite you.

And like you,

It has this massive root system connecting it to the earth.

Now take a really deep breath in,

Fill your lungs.

And when you breathe out,

Let go of any resistance and clear your mind.

Breathe in again really deeply,

Filling your whole body with the breath.

And then breathe out down through that root system,

Sending your breath into the earth.

And then breathe up through that root system,

Bringing the earth energy through your body with the breath.

And when you're ready to breathe out,

Breathe out through your crown on top of your head.

Breathe out up to the sun.

And then take one more breath,

Pulling in the energy of the sun on the in-breath in through your crown.

Take it through your body,

Feel it warm your body,

And then breathe it out through the root system into the earth.

So you've got the earth energy coming up,

The sun energy coming down.

And they're meeting and intertwining in your solar plexus chakra below your ribs and just above your belly button.

Feel the merging of the earth energy and the sun energy.

Imagine that your business is exactly the same.

The earth energy is flowing up through its root system into its solar plexus and the sun energy is coming in through the top of its crown down into the solar plexus and these energies are mixing in the solar plexus of your business.

As these energies combine within you,

They're stirring up any deeper feelings within the solar plexus.

Feelings,

Memories,

Beliefs that are held there of not being worthy,

About being disempowered,

A lack of trust in yourself,

Judgments about yourself and about others,

Any lack of boundaries,

People pleasing,

All the times you've tried to hide who you are,

A lack of trust in yourself,

A lack of trust in your path and your business's path.

All of this is stirred up.

It's coming up for release in the solar plexus chakra and at the same time it's coming up for release in your business's solar plexus chakra.

Feel it moving around,

Getting ready to be purged out.

It just drops down into the earth below.

All those feelings of not being good enough,

Of not deserving,

Of not owning your worth,

Of not loving every single thing about yourself.

It's all dropping away into the earth.

Feel yourself letting go of it and especially letting go of the judgment.

You want to shine.

You want your business to shine.

All of this must go.

The memories,

The beliefs,

The stories,

Let them go.

Take a really deep breath into your solar plexus area and then just let that breath out with ahhhhhh and let it go.

Let the stories go.

Do it again,

Breathing in deeply into your solar plexus.

Ahhhhhh.

Let them go.

One more time,

Breathing deeply into the solar plexus area,

Holding it,

Letting that air move,

Whatever it needs to move.

And then,

Ahhhhhhhh.

Let it go.

As you feel this area open and expand,

Creating space for the new by letting go of the old.

Invite in the energy of the sun once again.

Imagine that sun coming down into your crown,

Coming down into your business' crown,

Making its way down the Chakri column and sitting in the solar plexus.

Let it shine,

Let it shine in all directions,

360 degrees,

Shining so brightly,

So clearly.

The warmth is burning out,

Any of that old stuff we just let go of in case there's any little bits still there,

Clearing it out,

Clearing it out of your business.

And now use the energy of the sun to bring in the energy of worthiness.

The energy of confidence.

Confidence in yourself,

Confidence in your business.

The energy of empowerment.

The energy of action.

The warrior energy.

Be the warrior for what you believe in.

Be the warrior for the vision you have for your life and your business.

Be your business' warrior.

Let that sun burn,

Feel it bringing your solar plexus to life.

And as it does that,

Imagine that you and your business are stepping towards each other.

So the entity of your business is right in front of you.

And as it reaches you,

Your solar plexus merges with the solar plexus of your business.

It creates one great big sun and it is radiating out so far.

It is radiating out all over the world.

The light of you and your business is so strong,

So powerful,

It radiates everywhere.

And those people,

Those clients who are drawn to your energy,

Drawn to your business' energy,

Drawn to you in your power,

Drawn to you in your visibility,

Drawn to your light,

Move towards you.

Suddenly they see you as you're lit up with the energy of the sun.

And tune into that connection between you and your business.

Feel the power that comes in this connection and collaboration with your business.

Feel the strength.

This is your power place.

From this place,

You can do anything.

From this place,

You can throw off that invisibility cloak,

Stand in your truth and step forward each day on the path to your big vision.

It's time to shine.

As you can only shine from a place of power,

A place of believing in yourself,

A place of loving yourself.

No one else has your message.

No one else has your light,

Your vibration.

Believe in yourself to activate your true vibration.

Believe in your message.

Stand in your power.

And then your business can do the same.

And then take your focus back to those roots connecting you to the earth energy.

And draw up that energy again.

This time as you feel it move into your body,

You can start to move your body.

Move your toes,

Your legs,

Your hands,

Your arms.

Roll your shoulders.

Come back into your physicality,

Your empowered physicality.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and come back into your space.
