Jacob is a qualified breathwork instructor and enjoys supporting others to experience its calming benefits. Jacob has practiced mindfulness and Theravada meditation for over 20 years and attended numerous silent retreats. Using a combination of breathwork to tap into and calm the body and mindfulness to slow down thoughts, Jacob aims to create spaces that allow the listener to feel increased levels of inner calm, ease, and wellbeing.
