Instead of fighting the waves, we're going to practice allowing the waves to come and go through our breath. We will inhale for 4 and exhale as long as you need, doing a little bit of ocean breathing. You'll have an affirmation at the end to help set you up for the day. Come back to this practice anytime you need a moment of calm and ease. "I am the observer, and I trust that everything is always working out for me" is your affirmation for the day.
