Take a deep breath in and exhale,
Let it go.
Again,
Take a deep,
Expansive breath in,
Fill up the lungs and the belly,
And let it all go.
Soften the tongue,
Create some space between the teeth,
And soften the jaw.
As you start to settle into this moment,
Become aware of your thoughts.
They're just like clouds drifting across the sky.
There's no need to control them or chase them,
Simply observe.
And let's repeat these affirmations together.
I am safe in the present moment.
My mind is clear,
My heart is light.
I release the need to control everything.
I trust myself and my journey.
It is safe to let go of thoughts that do not serve me in this moment.
I give myself permission to rest.
I am allowing myself to be free from the weight of overthinking.
Clarity and calm are always within me.
I choose peace over worry.
I surrender to the flow of life.
I trust that things are working out for me.
And finally,
Just remember,
Overthinking is not who you are,
It's only a habit.
And like all habits,
It can be softened,

And released.
