I am a divine expression of love.

I am light within a human frame.

This light,

This love infuses every cell of my body.

This light,

This love infuses my bones and blood.

Infuses every organ.

Infuses my nervous system.

Infuses my hormonal system.

This light infuses my digestive system,

Lifting my vibration into higher frequencies of possibility for I am light.

This light is shifting my reality,

Opening new doors,

Closing old ones.

As I shift out of lower frequencies of fear and separation I know in every fiber of my being I am one with my higher self.

I am one with my monadic self.

I am one with God,

Goddess,

All that is.

In this light,

In this love I am lifted out of the lower and raised into the higher.

For a higher world is here.

It is being born right now.

Now I release the old 3D paradigm of separation consciousness.

Now I embrace 5D unity consciousness for I am unity consciousness.

This unity consciousness is not something new.

It is something that has been long forgotten on the planet.

Now is the time to remember.

Now is the time to awaken.

I am awakening to divine love.

I am awakening to divine guidance.

I am awakening to a new world where the universe supports my path.

Where every step is held in love.

Every step is held in light and where my next step is always obvious.

I am unity consciousness.

This is a new and also very ancient state of being.

This consciousness is solution focused.

I focus on my highest outcomes.

I focus on my highest dreams.

As I do this all other blocks and problems dissolve.

For problems are illusionary in my reality.

They were created in my past and are now being dissolved in my present.

Now there are no obstacles in the way for all resistance to the path has been released.

In this light the way is open.

For openness is the natural state of my being.

Openness is the natural state of flow.

The openness is the natural state of life.

I am unity consciousness.

My mind and my body are in complete alignment with the universe.

I am always in the flow.

I flow with life and life flows through me.

Flow is the natural state of the universe.

I flow through every challenge.

And with every challenge I successfully navigate I find myself feeling more and more successful.

More and more resourceful.

In this flow I trust the higher intelligence that guides my spirit.

In this flow there is no room for struggle or scarcity for that is the old way of 3D paradigm.

Scarcity belongs to the outgoing 3D fear paradigm.

Now together we are birthing a new energetic template for global abundance.

I release all worry about money.

I know I am wealthy beyond measure for all things are attracted through my consciousness.

I attract experiences and situations for my highest good.

My highest joy.

My highest delight.

My highest growth.

Money is the fuel for the journey.

Money is the servant not the master.

Money serves my journey into higher levels of joy.

Into higher levels of love.

Into higher levels of personal power.

Into higher levels of service.

I am unity consciousness.

Unity consciousness grounds me in the present moment.

I am clear and focused.

And in this moment all is well.

For I am grateful for this moment.

And in this moment I am a witness to the energetic movement of my mind.

In this moment I am a witness to the fluid energies flowing through my emotional body.

In this moment I am unattached to my thoughts and feelings.

I accept and embrace all my experiences for everything comes from my highest good.

Everything comes from my highest learning.

I release what does not serve me easily and effortlessly.

For now my heart is overflowing with joy.

Overflowing with love in this precious moment.

My body is a temple of light.

I honor my body.
