When we go to sleep, it pays to be in a rested frame of mind. The energy which we take into sleep can often send like energy into the next day. Why not try a few affirmations to relax us and reframe our minds and spirits so that we recharge properly and are ready to face both the joys and challenges of a new day. I was guided to compose these. The affirmations are said twice, with space then left for you to join in if you wish.

Hello,

This is Stefania and here are around 30 affirmations that we can use for a peaceful,

Relaxed sleep.

The time just before we fall asleep is very important because our energy,

Our mood for the next day is set at this time.

Our faith,

Our hope that we can achieve the dreams that we want to come to become real is set at this time.

We're sending out that energy as we sleep into the future,

Into the next day.

So it's good if we can sleep peacefully and go to bed with a peaceful,

Relaxed mind.

I'll say each of the affirmations two times and then leave a space and you can join in if you like.

The affirmations period will end with a soft tincture chime.

And so we begin.
