Hi and welcome to your meditation,
The power of the horse.
My name is Renee and welcome.
I am so excited that you are here,
Taking your time to connect with this beautiful animal.
You can use this meditation from home or you can use this meditation at the barn or in the field where your horse is grazing.
When you choose to be outside together with your horse,
Always make sure that you and your horse are safe.
If you are using this meditation from home,
Just have a picture close by or a blanket or something that reminds you of your horse.
This will make it easier to make the connection between you and your horse.
Either way,
The connection will be powerful and will be very healing.
Just be open for what is coming and you will notice that some days when you use this meditation,
Nothing will come.
Other moments you get so much information that you need your journal next to you.
Whatever happens,
Happens.
That's life,
Right?
Just find yourself a nice and comfortable position.
Try to have your feet on the floor and first wiggle a little bit.
It's okay.
You can wiggle around and find that position that is comfortable for you to really sit and relax.
To be honest,
There is no right or wrong way to do this.
It's just a powerful way of connecting with an amazing animal.
So when you are done wiggling,
When you found your position,
Feeling your feet on the ground,
Just keep your eyes open for a moment.
Just have a look around in the surroundings where you are and take a breath in and breathe out.
Let everything of the day,
Just let it go.
Take a breath in and out.
Wonderful.
Just feel how your shoulders are relaxing,
How your neck is relaxing,
Your spine is finding the comfortable position to sit in.
Feel the connection with earth coming through your feet.
And just know that the next moments you are spending together are in full peace and relaxation.
Now take a breath in and slowly close your eyes.
Just keep sitting there,
Breathing in and out.
And start focusing on the little noises you can hear.
Maybe there is a clock ticking,
Maybe there is something ticking against the fence.
Just pay attention and then slowly let it go.
And bring your attention back to your breath,
Your own rhythm with breathing in and out.
This calm and easy way of getting the air in and out.
When you are sitting here I want you to envision in your mind eye a beautiful,
Beautiful pathway.
It has beautiful little flowers,
Big flowers.
There is high grass and low grass.
And we are going to walk through it.
While you are walking through this amazing paddock.
You can just see how happy this place is.
There are birds,
A couple of bees.
And then far,
Far away you can see some of the horses.
And just keep walking.
All is well.
The horses are doing their own thing.
And while you are walking in this beautiful,
Beautiful surrounding with fresh grass.
You notice a couple of trees.
We are going to walk towards those trees.
Let's keep walking.
Your body is feeling more and more relaxed.
You feel that relaxation of wind going through your hair.
You are getting closer and closer to the trees.
While you are approaching those trees you can hear the horses eating away.
Nodging each other.
Being playful.
When you arrive close to the trees you find this amazing tree that has kind of a chair you can sit in.
So just envision yourself sitting in the support of the tree.
You can feel the energy of the tree is kind of hugging you and holding you.
Beautiful.
While you are sitting here you can see the horses eating.
They are looking at you.
But it is okay.
You are welcome to join.
In between your horses,
All the horses you can see yours.
Ears are forward.
You guys are meeting.
Connection through the eyes.
Together you take the same breath in and out.
Your horse is coming to eat some grass closer to you.
And while everything is nice and relaxed you can notice that your breath is going together.
You can almost hear and feel the heartbeat going together.
Both of you are so happy to connect.
It is nice.
There are no expectations.
It is nice and relaxed.
And it is time to connect together to form thoughts and get messages across like old friends do.
Your horse is looking at you and is open to receive anything you would like to say.
Take this opportunity to really ask some questions and to receive some answers.
Both of you are safe.
You just connect and ask your questions.
If your mind is wandering off,
Just get back to this beautiful tree where you are sitting at in the connection with your horse.
I got you.
I hold this space for you to really connect like old friends.
When it is time to come back,
I will come and get you.
So just sit here and ask away and receive all the answers that you are looking for and maybe more.
So when you are ready,
Take your time to thank your horse for the conversation.
Your horse has loved connecting with you.
It has been an amazing experience.
And the invitation to come back is open whenever you want to.
Just say goodbye and you can give him a hug.
Your horse will be loving receiving.
And then get up and walk back that beautiful path in between all the flowers and the grass all the way back.

And while you are walking all the way back,
Slowly start reconnecting with the noises around you.
Hear your own breath again.
And then when you are ready,
Just open and close your eyes a couple of times and remember where you are.
