Welcome to this stress buster meditation,
A 5 minute break in your day to connect to your breath and the present moment and relax.
Be right here where your body is,
Aware of your surroundings,
Aware of the ground beneath you,
The air on your skin,
The sounds around you,
Bringing all of your attention and awareness right to this moment connecting to your breath.
That's right.
Holding all of your focus right there at the nostrils as your breath finds its nice,
Steady rhythm.
Continue to return your attention right to the breath.
As the breath takes you deeper into the lungs,
Feeling the gentle inflow and outflow of the breath right in the chest area,
Gently allowing the chest to rise and fall.
That's right.
And now imagining and seeing and feeling as the breath moves deeper into your abdomen,
Feeling the slow and steady breath,
Allowing whatever sensations are there to be there,
Not needing anything to change,
Just aware of the gentle expansion in the abdomen on the inhale and out.
And allow your breath to inform your body that it's safe and it's calm and all is well.
Breathing in and out.
All is well.
