Deep Sleep Reprogramming Beliefs For Abundance

This longer version of sleep reprogramming meditation will carry you off to deep sleep with the soft, gentle voice of Dr. Janette Freeman. There are also soothing affirmations and positive statements to reprogram old unsupportive beliefs with new positive beliefs. These statements are focussed on abundance, creativity, success, happiness and wellbeing. I am relaxed and rested.

As I lay down to go to sleep now,

I feel my body relax and rest.

My legs are completely relaxed and rested.

They are supported and sustained and resting comfortably.

I feel this relaxing energy moving up through my hips,

Through my stomach,

Relaxing all of the muscles and organs that have worked so hard for me today.

I feel this relaxing energy moving up through my chest,

Calming my heart,

Calming my lungs,

Slowing my breathing.

And relaxing my every muscle.

I notice this relaxing energy moving up now through my throat,

Relaxing my jaw.

I feel my jaw relax and rest as I breathe easily and effortlessly.

I feel every muscle in my face relax,

Rest,

Loosen.

My head is relaxed and rests calmly on my head.

I feel my arms and hands resting and relaxing and I gently begin to fall asleep.

And I listen to the words on this tape and I am not kept awake,

But I sleep easily and deeply.

Knowing that my subconscious mind easily receives what it needs to fully act as my servant.

And every time I listen to this recording,

I relax more deeply and fall asleep easily.

I love to listen to this and every time I listen to these ideas,

It continues to reprogram me to accept new ideas of success,

Of unlimited wealth,

Creativity and well-being.

And as I hear these messages over and over again,

They are imprinted deep into my subconscious mind and they work miracles in my life.

I sleep easily and I am completely rested.

And these ideas,

Although they inspire me and motivate me,

Do not keep me awake.

The more I hear them,

The more I rest and sleep and allow them to do their work in my subconscious mind,

Reprogramming me for ultimate success.

I sleep peacefully and restfully now and all night long.

And when it is time for me to awaken in the morning,

I awaken easily,

Rested and ready to start my day.

I am ready to exercise my body,

Meditate my mind and move forward in my day as a successful person that I am.

I rest and slip even deeper into a peaceful sleep now.

I am rested and I am relaxed.

I am reprogramming my old beliefs.

They no longer run my life.

And I am safe and secure and supported by a universe of love.

I am loved and I am always,

Always,

Always at choice.

As I hear these ideas,

I am open-minded and receptive.

I sleep easily.

Though my subconscious mind easily accepts all of these ideas,

I continue to sleep,

Rested and secure.

I know that my subconscious mind is my servant.

It is the doer.

It hears these ideas and it goes to work to bring them into my life and to bring into my world exactly what is needed,

To the fulfillment of my dreams.

Everything is working for my highest good.

The universe is seeking to supply for me and support my highest dreams.

The universe is my friend.

It is friendly and it is constantly saying yes to the dreams in my heart.

I am thrilled and excited to see the abundant blessings of good that are constantly showing up all around me.

I am filled with joy to witness the abundant good the universe is revealing to my eyes,

My mind and to my experience.

I am filled with joy.

The universe is my servant and is constantly bringing to me the people,

The places and the resources to fulfill my deepest desires.

I realize right now that I am at choice.

And that my new choices outweigh the conscious and unconscious choices of my past.

I no longer identify with limitation,

Unworthiness,

Lack or any of the beliefs that have caused me to suffer.

These beliefs no longer have a hold of me and I am at choice now and in the future to choose my new beliefs.

And I do that right here and right now.

As I sleep,

I am accepting these new beliefs.

They are deeply embedded in my very being.

I accept them now.

They operate in me and through me.

I choose beliefs that are supportive,

Loving and filled with unlimited possibilities.

These empowering beliefs support me in living at my highest vision.

I really understand that I am at choice at every moment.

I am choosing my mental environment in a way that is supportive and that supports my highest vision.

I am choosing my beliefs consciously.

I am at choice.

I am aware as I proceed through the affairs of my day that I am choosing the way I perceive life.

And I choose to see that life is constantly blessing me,

Supporting me and conspiring to do me good.

The entire universe is conspiring on my behalf.

I am at choice now and forever.

And I consciously and unconsciously choose to believe that I am supported,

Sustained and supplied in every way.

Life is safe.

Life is joyful.

Life is a grand adventure.

Life is abundant.

And life is to be lived.

I live life abundantly in every way,

Experiencing the support I desire,

The love I deserve and the wealth that is mine.

I am free in every way.

I refuse to entertain thoughts that argue with this truth.

If they come up,

I simply recognize them for what they are.

And I choose instead to know and align my thoughts,

My beliefs with deeper spiritual truth.

I do not need to accept blindly what other people say about how life works.

I am creating a new belief system and a new paradigm for my experience of life.

My state of mind is not determined by others' beliefs,

Words or actions.

My state of mind is determined by my beliefs.

And I believe that I am a center in the infinite mind.

And I am enough.

I am free from the beliefs,

Actions and words of others.

I can love others and I can let them have their own experience.

But I am free.

I am creating beliefs that support and honor this life in me.

I am free.

As I listen to this recording,

I sleep peacefully.

And I relax.

And I allow these ideas to take root in my subconscious mind.

I know that the law knows what to do to reflect these truths back into my life.

And I rest deeply in this knowing that I am supported,

I am secure.

I know that all my investments prosper me.

And all my investments continue to grow and multiply.

I have the golden touch.

Everything I touch is prospered and multiplied.

Everyone I touch is lifted up and prospered.

I help others prosper and grow.

And I prosper as well.

I am an exciting individual.

And I prosper in magnificent ways.

All my decisions prosper me.

And I make them clearly and easily.

I live in such opportunity.

And I act when called upon to do so.

I am intuitively guided in every way.

And I know that universal intelligence is always guiding me to my greater good.

I relax and allow the universe to prosper others and me.

And I let go of my need to control,

Manipulate,

Or force action.

All paths are laid out before me.

And I enjoy the process of living day by day.

I live in peace,

Security,

And well-being.

I live and move and have my being in the absolute and powerful truth that the universe is safe,

Abundant,

And is a blessing.

This is mirrored in all of my dealings.

I easily attract whatever is needed.

Because all of the universe is there to support me.

When I give thanks for it.

Whatever is needed in my world is already available some place in the universe.

And so it is easily attracted to me when it is needed.

I depend every day on this principle.

I do not look to people,

Places,

Or things as my source.

I depend upon the principle of life as my source.

And I give thanks to the many channels of my good.

I trust,

Depend,

And fully rely upon the principles of all life to support me abundantly in every way.

In this absolute principle I depend.

This principle is my source and my supply of everything.

And I am living in gratitude that it is already done.

I trust and I know I am in every creative.

My mind is always open to new ideas that prosper and bless others and me.

I right now have all the ideas that I need.

Great creative ideas are available to me now.

All my challenges are solved because of my creative thinking skills and my ability to tap into universal intelligence.

I am a creative being full of great ideas that prosper and bless others and me.

There is no limit to the creativity in me.

There is no limit to what I can see and imagine.

There is no limit.

My world of imagination is rich and alive.

I no longer block myself,

But I open up to the infinite source of divine ideas,

Creativity and vivid imagination.

I imagine and I see vividly and use my imagination to image great new experiences.

All that I need to know is revealed to me in perfect,

Right timing.

All knowledge,

All wisdom,

All guidance is available to me.

I live and move and have my being in the expansive source of all truth and infinite intelligence.

I realize my oneness with this intelligence and I easily tap into this source for all that I need.

I am creative and full of infinite life and infinite potential.

I tap into that field of infinite possibilities and know that within that infinite field is all knowledge,

All wisdom,

And all answers to my questions.

I tap into this field and easily attract whatever is needed.

I easily demonstrate from this field of infinite possibility through my choice.

I know that there is a greater creative intelligence than me that I can tap into easily.

This intelligence has all the answers,

Ideas,

Or solutions that I may need.

I easily turn on the speck to new information,

Knowledge,

Or guidance.

I have an automatic guidance system that is working easily in and through me now.

I am guided day by day by this power,

And it always guides me to perfect course of action.

I can trust it,

And I rely upon this source rather than relying on the fears of the past or the opinions of others.

I trust myself,

And I trust the guidance that is within me.

I live in perfect guidance with a perfect guidance system.

I do not doubt myself,

But I honor myself,

And I give myself permission to make mistakes.

I give myself permission to not be perfect,

But to live moment by moment.

I live in an acceptance of my guidance,

My intuition,

And myself.

I trust this quiet voice within me to guide me,

And I live in peace.

I have the ability to make wise decisions.

I make decisions easily,

And I trust myself to make wise decisions.

I let myself off the hook when I feel I may not have made a great decision.

I learn from all my decisions,

And I can easily make new ones.

Moment by moment,

I am making decisions that prosper,

And I let go of all fear about making them.

I am guided,

I was created out of the abundant nature of the universe,
