Healing The Body

Through affirmations and visualization, you will give the subconscious mind healing commands, and your body will respond by activating its inner healing ability. It is also perfect for falling to sleep with as your mind takes in the beautiful healing treatment. There is a focus on cleansing, restoring and revitalizing your body.

Meditation for healing the body.

To cleanse,

Restore and revitalize.

Simply take a breath and begin to relax.

Be aware of each breath that you take.

And allowing each breath to gently lead you into a deeper state of relaxation.

With every word that I speak,

You gently allow yourself to fall into a deeper state of relaxed presence.

Completely calm,

Yet aware.

And simply allow yourself to hear these words as if you are speaking them now.

I am relaxed and rested.

Every moment I move into a deeper state of relaxation.

And as I hear these words,

I am willing to trust them.

I am willing to bring them into my awareness.

Into my own subconscious,

Allowing these new words to override the other programs in my mind.

As I continually affirm the healing that is taking place in my body right now.

I am willing to give my body the healthy directives in which to support my body's ability to cleanse,

Restore and be revitalized.

My body is always seeking balance,

Healing and restoration.

And as I listen to these words,

My body responds to my intention to heal and find balance.

And at this time,

I offer love and gratitude now to my body.

Thank you,

My body,

My friend,

For serving me so wonderfully in this life.

Thank you for all that you do for me.

I completely give thanks to you.

I also would like to apologize for the ways that I have not honored you in the past.

And I ask for forgiveness from you and all parts of you.

I am sorry for any way that I have not honored you.

And I apologize to you on behalf of others for the ways in which others have not honored you in the past.

I accept you and love you right now,

Just the way you are.

In your perfection and your imperfection,

I give thanks for you and your service to me.

I bathe you in the light of love and appreciation and simply give thanks for all the ways that you have been there for me.

From this day forward,

We join in a new relationship of love and appreciation.

As I move through each part of my body,

I call upon the Divine Presence to bathe this body in its love and healing power.

Because I know that it is the Divine Presence that heals.

I call upon this healing power to be present in every part of my body now.

I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving through my feet.

I give thanks for my feet and for all the ways that they have served me.

I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving through my legs.

I feel it in my right and left legs.

I give thanks for my legs,

For all the ways that they have served me,

How they have carried me forward in life and supported me and been there for me.

I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving up through my hips,

Through my genitals and anus.

I give thanks for this part of my body and for all the ways that it has served me,

Has pleasured me,

Has supported me,

Has worked for me in so many ways.

I give thanks.

I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving completely through my entire reproductive system.

This healing energy is moving in and through this wonderful system of mine,

Healing and regenerating,

Rejuvenating,

Restoring and revitalizing.

I give thanks for my reproductive system and all the ways that it has served me.

I give thanks for this healing energy now that is moving up and moving through my entire digestive and elimination system,

Through my stomach,

The large and small intestines and the colon.

I give thanks for all the ways that my digestive and elimination system has served me.

I see divine energy moving through,

Bringing balance,

Cleansing,

Restoration,

Revitalization.

I see it surrounded and infused with the light of the divine presence,

Working perfectly.

I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving through my lungs and breathing,

How wonderful it is to breathe.

I see this divine energy,

The divine light of the presence in my lungs,

Restoring and revitalizing my lungs.

I give thanks for all the ways that it has served me now.

I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving through my heart,

With every beat of my heart,

Through the blood supply,

Through the perfection of this caring system.

I give thanks for all the ways that it has served me,

For the heartbeat of life that I enjoy.

I see my heart and all its functions surrounded in light,

Clearly circulating the blood through the heart.

I give thanks for my beautiful heart and all the ways that it has served me.

I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving through my back and neck and entire spine.

I give thanks for all the ways that it has supported me.

I let go of any tension,

Any stress.

I see the healing energy,

The pure light of the presence,

Moving unobstructed up and down through my spine.

I give thanks for the support,

The flexibility and the strength that my back continues to give me.

I give thanks for every bone in this body,

For every muscle in this body.

I see the healing energy,

The light of the presence,

The blessing,

Strengthening,

Supporting the bones and the muscles of this body.

And I now give thanks for this healing energy that is moving up now through my head.

I give thanks for all the ways that it has served me,

My brain and all its beautiful functions operating optimally.

I give thanks for my eyesight,

Which enables me to see clearly.

I give thanks for my nose,

Which allows me to smell the fragrance,

Which allows me to smell all that there is to smell.

I give thanks for my ears,

Which allow me to hear the beautiful music,

Which allow me to hear the voice of myself and others.

I give thanks for my ears,

And I give thanks for my mouth,

Which enables me to speak.

I give thanks for my teeth,

My jaw,

Which works perfectly.

I see the healing energy,

The light of the divine presence moving through my face,

Every muscle in my face,

Every muscle in my head,

Releasing all tension,

Moving through all of the senses.

I give thanks as I now feel my entire body full of this healing energy,

Cradled in the light of the divine presence,

Held and sustained in this light.

All parts of my body are working together in harmony to find balance.

And I now offer to my body complete love,

Total acceptance,

Complete forgiveness,

And unconditional love.

I now imagine that I am standing in a beautiful waterfall,

A body of healing waters cascading over my head,

Healing waters coming up from a warm spring,

Bubbling up from the center of the earth.

These healing waters pour over me now.

I feel the warm and luscious,

Iridescent healing waters washing over all parts of this body.

Washing away impurities,

Washing away any blockages,

Washing away any tension,

Disease,

Clearing the arteries in the heart and clearing the skin.

All parts of my body are clear and clean.

As these healing waters wash over me,

I am healed.

And as I step out of this waterfall,

What remains is a fresh,

Cleansed,

Restored and revitalized,

Healed body.
