This is a soft and gentle guided meditation with affirmations to assist you in living in the NOW and experiencing the Presence. With the repeated affirmations and suggestions, it is reminding you to stay present, go to the now, and experience peace. Experience this moment and the peace that the Presence brings. Connect to your own Presence. Very Peaceful. Spiritual terminology, such as Divine Presence is present. I hope you relax and enjoy the moment deeply. Note: There is also Peace of Mind meditation which is a count-down and guides you into the moment. This one is affirmations with not much of a count down.

As I am completely bathed in the loving embrace of this presence,

I gently hear this presence whispering to me and encouraging me to accept these words into my being.

I hear these words and I do accept them.

They are repatterning and reprogramming old tapes,

Old thought patterns,

And I am willing to completely accept these new ideas into my subconscious mind.

I am completely at peace because I know that there is nothing to do,

Nothing to change,

Nothing to fix.

Right here in this moment,

Right here and right now all is perfect and complete.

I let go of all judgment,

Condemnation,

Opinions,

Actions and reactions,

And know that right here and right now all is well and they do not exist.

I gently scan the past and I know now that I can let it go for it no longer exists in this moment.

I gently scan the future desires,

Future worries,

Concerns and thoughts of the future and I can let them go as well because I know that it does not exist in the present moment.

I do not worry about the future because I live in the present moment,

Knowing that right here and right now all my needs are met and this experience of knowing duplicates itself over and over again throughout my day.

Easily and effortlessly I am able to come back to the present moment.

Whenever I notice that my thoughts have gone to the future or gone to the past,

I am triggered into remembrance,

Remembering to come back to the present moment,

For the present moment is my key to experiencing peace and presence.

I breathe and relax and know that this moment,

This present moment I experience peace.

I know that my mind lives in the future and the past but that is not where my spirit lives.

My spirit is known and felt and experienced in the present moment and that is where I live.

I let go of my need to over obsessively plan for the future and I trust that it continues to create itself beautifully out of my awareness of the now.

Each moment I experience the now,

Fully present.

I am in alignment with my higher self,

My spiritual self.

The now is my portal to this alignment and it is how I access the deepest peace and awareness that I desire.

I let go of all attachment to anything being different and I accept life the way it is,

Right here and right now.

I feel peace the minute I do this and I feel peace right now.

I simply observe my mind when it takes me on a trip to the future or a trip to the past.

I am gently aware of the peace I feel in the present moment and I am gently aware of the suffering I feel in the past or the future.

I gently bring my awareness back to the now where I am conscious,

I am present,

I am at peace and I live in joy and greater well-being.

I choose to live fully centered in the now and I am awakening daily.

Whenever I want to experience greater peace,

I simply bring my awareness to my breath,

To my present experience and I open up to the peace that is within me.

My peace is always available to me.

I easily experience the silence of the presence regularly.

In each now moment I completely trust life.

Life is safe and I am supported,

Supplied and sustained.

The whole universe cradles me in love and supply and support.

I do not have to know everything in advance.

I can trust the present moment.

I can trust that the divine presence can lead my life.

I do not have to constantly tell the divine presence how to manage my life.

I can trust it to support me and sustain me and I stay open to the experiences that life offers me on a moment to moment basis.

I am complete,

Eternal and whole.

I know the divine presence and I feel its joy,

Its love and its bliss.

It is the food that fills me.

It is the water that bathes me.

It is the earth that grounds and sustains me.

It is the wind that blows through me and transmutes me.

I love this divine presence and it gives me peace.

I simply rest in this divine presence,

This divine peace,

This perfect nature that is mine and I know that all is well in this moment.

I am at peace.

I receive the holy blessing.

I experience deep well-being and I am comforted in this.

And now I take a breath and rest as I allow these ideas to take root in me.
