This is a guided deep relaxation practice to carry you off to deep sleep with the gentle, soothing, loving voice of Dr. Janette Freeman. You are reminded that you are incredibly loved, safe and supported. As you fall off to sleep, your subconscious will be reprogrammed with supportive, loving hypnotic inductions to create strong beliefs of self love, worthiness and safety. "You are so loved. You are so safe. You are deserving." You will also be blessed with layered voices echoing such affirmations as, "I Am loved, loving and lovable," as you fall into a deep, nurturing sleep. Focus on your shoulders and your neck and all the muscles up and down your back,

Relaxing the spine.

And letting the muscles in the arms and hands and fingers simply relax even more.

Every moment,

Your chest relaxes and all the muscles in your tummy and your hips,

Relaxing,

Resting.

As you are held and supported,

Cared for and so very safe.

And all the muscles in your thighs and calves and ankles and feet and down to your toes and every part of you relaxing and resting and being so held and cared for and so very safe.

Held in the embrace of deep love.

Let it all go so that you can fully rest in the womb of love and let your body relax even more.

You are completely safe and supported and loved.

A time for you to know that you are supported and so taken care of.

You are completely safe here.

In general, I have enjoyed Dr. Freeman's work and offerings here on Insight Timer frequently; but last night, although not the first listen to this particular offering, I was able to tap out of the spiral of rumination in which I found myself after a rather abrupt awakening, reclaim my sense of safety and security, and return to sleep after more than two hours of trying to do so. I am convinced that I need to curate a playlist somehow to tap into the true measure of transformation Dr. Freeman's work offers, and immerse myself in the process to change my thinking, change my life. So let it be thought. So let it be written. So let it be done. So let it be reality.
