This is again a short audio meditation to induce sleep. Listen to this only when you are in bed and ready to sleep. This also helps in programming the mind to make you fall asleep when you are deeply relaxed.

Listen to this audio only when you're stationary and ready to fall asleep.

So lay comfortably on a bed.

And I wonder if you can close your eyes.

And with my count down from 5 down to 0,

With each count down,

Take your eyes back towards the back of your head with your eyes closed.

Just internally move your eyes up as if you're moving them towards the back of your head.

So starting now,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and 0.

You are now listening to the sound of my voice and the sound of my voice only.

And this only means that you're letting go of the thoughts related to the day.

And the thoughts related to tomorrow.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest.

And as you pay attention to that,

You get deeply relaxed.

And as this happens,

You know that deep relaxation is only a prelude to deep and full night sleep.

Every breath you take,

It only means that you're ready to gently fall into a deep slumber and your inner mind magnifies every word I say for the purpose of deep relaxation and deep sleep.

You now let the inner mind know the purpose of listening to this recording.

And as you let your mind know,

You feel drowsier and sleepier.

Because with deep sleep at night,

You will wake up feeling refreshed and energized the next morning.

Sleep is natural and it is not to be tried.

And when you try,

You may not fall asleep.

So the best way is to just let your mind know that I'm ready to fall asleep.

And then allow yourself to fall asleep naturally by relaxing yourself deeply.

As you know,

Deep relaxation is the prelude to deep sleep.

And as you listen to each word I say,

You are getting twice as relaxed and going twice as deep into the deepest slumber naturally,

Effortlessly.

And listening to this audio at bedtime will only make you sleepier and drowsier.

In a moment,

There is a part of you that allows you to imagine a slide,

The longest slide that you have ever seen.

And the end of this slide leads you to the deepest sleep.

When you look at this slide,

You notice that it's different.

It looks luxurious.

Perhaps,

You need to touch something.

Very soft.

And it feels so fuzzy to sit on the top of it.

You touch the sides of the slide and you feel that it's perhaps made of satin or silk or maybe velvet.

And the toes and the soles of your feet feel deeply relaxed as you can feel the soft cushiony texture of the slide between your toes.

And I'm going to count down from 20 down to zero with each count.

And with every sound of the music,

You become drowsier,

Sleepier and deeply relaxed,

Ready to slide into a restful sleep.

You're starting to slide down at 20,

19,

20,

And a little bit more.

You're starting to slide down at 20,
