I realized that I’ve been feeling so disconnected from God lately, and it’s been the source of a serious spiritual malaise. So I decided to do this meditation. I closed my eyes and relaxed, and almost immediately a burst of emotion welled up inside. I lay there with tears streaming down my face as the love, peace, and bliss washed over me. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you.
