Breathe To Thrive

Awakening the Heart Codes of Light we bring the Light into the dark spaces of pain and suffering, struggle, and survival. We wish to reveal ourselves to ourselves as we turn on the Light so that we can see again. We must stop the clock and the momentum that is orientating us in a pattern of survival. Now we are ready to be fully activated into our most delightful life of great potential.

In this gentle space,

Feeling the perfect balance of this beautiful being,

This life form and this light form.

And we celebrate that we can connect and integrate fully into who we are in the full capacity of our being,

As light and as life.

And we cherish this life and the light that shines into this life.

And we ask that we can continue to bring that beautiful light into this life.

And allow that light to glow through the human being,

Through all the interactions and all the places that we alone can hold.

And radiate love and light into those spaces.

We understand that we are here as light beings taking a journey and a form to bring about transformation.

We are willing to come into a form and to bring our energy into a much denser state.

And sometimes we have forgotten who we are,

We've become lost and sad and felt alone,

Isolated and disconnected.

But we have never been disconnected.

We are the very breath of the Divine and the breath of the Divine is in every single breath that is given to us.

We simply have to take a breath into this body and breathe.

And know that the breath of life,

This life force vital energy is right here.

And we readjust into that,

Moving out of our half asleep unconscious state of just simply breathing.

Breathing enough just to survive.

We begin to breathe to thrive.

Breathing in abundantly into this body,

Drawing in the life force energy and feeding and nourish the form.

Helping to sustain this form while it is in its form.

So that we can bring the message and the light codes in.

Feel the connection with your heart and the passion and the love that we have for nature and all life.

And the deep longing and the desire that we hold for peace and harmony and kindness.

There is a code in the heart that has asked us to never forget it.

It has been so deeply embedded within each of us.

It's the way through.

It will unlock the doors.

It will bring us into light.

When we follow the desires of our heart,

We are walking into that space where the dark rooms are and the doors are locked and the windows are closed.

Because we care and because we remembered and we are holding this energy of anticipation,

Longing,

Desiring.

And we open up those doors and let the light come in.

Because we want to see how magnificent we are and remember that we are this creation.

That we are creation.

We open this beautiful heart with every breath.

Breathing in deeply,

Opening the belly,

Opening the chest,

Receiving,

Making space and breathing out deeply all the way ribs come together as the belly sinks down and releasing and letting go of the breath.

So that we have space for this whole new breath to come in with flow and ease.

We feel this beautiful rhythm of our breath and we amplify it by being conscious that we are this breath of the very divine.

We are this.

We breathe this beautiful breath of life fully and abundantly into our being to remind this being to seek abundance,

Seek fulfillment.

I'm doing that now.

Feeling the vibration of my heart.

Feeling the passion and the ability to feel so much around me.

I thank this being for being able to connect into that.

But I also thank this beautiful body for being able to ground me and connect me to this earth.

As I walk upon the earth I can bring all the static electricity,

All the interactions,

All the energies of those with whom I share this life.

Every plant and animal and every being.

And I can bring it back into the earth and ground it.

Remind yourself how to do this where you are.

How would I do this?

How would I do it more consciously?

How would I bring this energy?

As if we can bring a space,

A vacuum into a space and the energy runs towards it and then through then down like a funnel into the ground,

Earth grounded.

Be the copper rod.

Be the golden cord.

And connect it into the earth,

Stabilize the frequency.

We are being asked to stand still for a little while because we need to ground,

Connect and realign.

When we hold this energy that is static,

Chaotic,

Then we learn what it is that we will not embrace.

We feel the certainty of what we would choose now.

Let your being feel that certainty.

What do I stand for?

Who am I?

And let that energy come into you as you release the static energy through you into the earth like water flowing off a waterfall into a deep reservoir,

A deep pool.

Let it become still in this deep pool as the earth receives it and see yourself transforming it.

What would I choose because of this that I've known?

How would I hold my energy now?

What would I claim for me if I knew that claiming it for me makes it potentially available to all others?

What would I give me?

What would I give me abundantly?

How much am I willing to receive of this abundance and flow?

How ready am I for miracles?

Holding this energy,

Clearing it like a system,

A cleansing filter and holding it with the grace and the love of the Goddess energy,

The feminine,

The love,

The compassion,

The kindness.

Think about how as a woman you have held life,

You've known life and you've known what it's like to hold creation right inside of you.

And it unfolded perfectly.

There was nothing that you did to make it better.

We imagine that what we do can make it better,

But truly it is not true.

It is not the case.

Creation happens anyway.

We simply hold it and support it and we intend into it what it is that we truly wish to embrace.

We anticipate the holding of the new life and we feel the surge of love in the heart.

This beautiful energy,

This beautiful way of holding creation and the form that gives us this opportunity.

It is beyond what we can imagine.

Feeling the deep healing at your second chakra in the womb of creation and feeling like we are in that womb of creation right now.

There is nothing for us to do but to be in the space and trust that we are growing perfectly and everything that we are to receive to help us to thrive is being downloaded towards us.

Imagine that we can,

Like that little one,

Be connected to the source of all creation through an umbilical cord of energy,

Light and love.

And that we can rest an absolute truth to that absolute trust.

This cord of life and we are connected to it.

And because we are connected to it we know that we are on the one side and on the other end is the divine.

And then we understand that we have never been disconnected but our energy has allowed us to stop by letting this body feel a disconnect,

A stopping.

We have to stop to change the momentum.

It's time to reorientate and we are the ones who are here for that.

Bring that deep assurance into your second chakra and drop it down into your base and feel like you are establishing your energy with all your power and all your strength and your determination and your grace.

As you hold the energy now at your solar plexus,

So strong,

So strong,

I know who I am,

A divine being of light and love.

I am completely aligned into my divine and sacred life purpose.

I am ready to be fully activated in my most abundant,

Thriving,

Delightful life.

I stand in my absolute truth and I hold the space for this to become what it is for our next step in the transformation of this species.

I choose it now with all my heart and all my soul for my line for those still to come.

This is the legacy that we leave.

We leave a beautiful energy opening,

Opening the doors and let the light come in.

We hold the key in the heart and we remember.

We feel this beautiful energy holding and centering us and the heart awakens and the throat opens to receive.

I am willing,

I allow,

I deserve,

I give to me abundantly.

I choose and I choose with care,

I choose well.

I open up my heart to receive.

Feel this amplifying energy now opening up all the way to your third eye.

We expand our consciousness,

Willing to see and know and understand in a whole new way.

I give my energy now towards my clear voice,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance,

My ability to know and see and understand through subtle awakening.

I release the hardship upon this body and its five senses of trying to keep me safe and holding vigilance.

I now rededicate my vision to seeing what does delight me in this life as I gently let go of my eyes searching for safety.

I release my hearing now to clear audience and that my ears now may listen out for what delights me,

Sounds,

Music,

Voices,

Animal calls,

Wind in the trees,

Leaves rustling,

Waves.

So many beautiful sounds that will delight the sensing being.

And we translate how we see and feel and perceive through our senses,

All our senses,

Seeking now to find the delight through our senses so that we may delight in life and create a whole new energy awakening and then free the system to enjoy the human life.

Relying now upon our clear audience,

Clear buoyance,

Clear cognizance,

Clear sentience,

Intuition to guide us,

Trusting our angels,

Trusting the inner voice and the inner compass.

And feeling that alignment now perfectly.

Standing in this beautiful shower of light,

Let it bathe right through you,

Clearing and cleansing all the pathways,

Opening,

Refreshing,

Revitalizing,

Healing.

As this body receives beautiful surges of divine and delightful energy,

Visualize your entire electrical system,

Your energy system and how you may look if you could truly see all of this swirling energy in you and through you and around you.

And see it flowing like the most beautiful,

Abundant river,

Swirls of delight,

Water seas.

And be aware that there is a part of you that is holding you in it and there is a part of you that is holding the awareness of you in it.

Beautiful.

And we take a deep breath in and feel the fullness of the body and bring the breath out,

Create this beautiful part,

This capsule around you and hold your energy inside of this beautiful part now.

See yourself within your own delightful vibrational field.

As you hold your energy here,

We create this beautiful part,

This chrysalis of strength and we zip up our energy within it.

We can do this for ourselves as we place our hands on the first chakra and draw a line up through the midline all the way up through to the chin,

To the little hollow,

Under the lip.

We lock it in and then radiate it upward and around in both sides in all directions.

Bring your energy back to your base,

Draw your line all the way up and into this little hollow.

Lock it in.

Seal in your beautiful,

Flowing,

Glowing energy.

Connect one more time and draw the energy line all the way up.

Lock it in.

And up and over,

Encapsulated in this divine part,

Energy flowing right through you.

May you feel the blessing of this beautiful energy as you hold it and as you move in this life.

You are impacting more lives than you can possibly imagine with the field that you are creating and holding and deeply honoring.
