You can notice the difference between any tense feelings you have in your forehead.
And when you relaxed your forehead,
Now you can notice how much more relaxed it is.
Because you became aware of the tensions,
Relaxed and began the process of relaxation now.
Tense the muscles in your jaw and release them.
Tense the muscles again.
Hold and release them.
Tense the muscles in your neck and shoulders.
Release the tension now.
Tense those muscles in your neck and shoulders again.
Release the tensions.
Tense the muscles in your arms.
And release them.
Tense the muscles in your chest.
Relax the muscles.
Tense the muscles in your thighs.
Relax.
Tense the muscles in your thighs again.
Release the tension now.
Tense your calf muscles and release the tensions now.

And relax them.
And once they are more tense than before,
Relax the muscles in your thighs.
Relax the muscles.
Be relaxed and clear minded and able to respond to the threats and aims of life.
The things that in the past would have caused states of mind and body,
Would have caused light weight relaxation to drive away.
Would have caused light weight relaxation to come nearer and feel relaxed.
And from this place you can relax the muscles in your body.
Because when you get balanced to your body and mind,
You become more able to think clearly and to feel relaxed and to be able to do your work today.
And the more the tensions leave your body,
The more balanced harmony you have in your body and mind.
Because your mind is affected by your body and your body affects your mind.
And once you get used to it,
You can relax and release the tensions from your body.
And you know that if you relax before you sleep,
You relax before you sleep.
And if you relax before you wake up,
You wake up less to let your relaxed feelings ride over your fears good.
And release the endorphins that make you feel wonderful and relaxed.
Give yourself permission to relax your muscles.
