My takeaway: a nice yoga nidra variation that is easier to do solo than remember all the different body parts. I like that it's balanced, just going up and down. I imagined myself doing a scan and while I could better see the planes near my head the repetiition help get a clearer picture. I did find the prompts overly repetitive and robotic (and would prefer either more silence to go solo or have a melody to imply the back and forth rhythm) but overall value the exercise nonetheless. The reframing of breathe to life-force energy was interesting . a scan may be a light wave or radiation wave and that made me imagine giving a nice internal wash. 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3 Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

I was not expecting the shaking out movements but they were fantastic! Lovely little practice that was perfect for beginning my day when I only had a few minutes before getting to work. This is my new go to ahem I only have a few minutes.
