Embracing Monotony
In this lesson we take a look at the repetition of mundane actions, sensations and stimuli, and explore their role in helping us fall asleep. We also hear about some strange mechanical devices that 19th century inventors came up with to induce sleepiness!

Embracing Wakefulness
In this lesson, we explore the idea of accepting 'what is' by considering the benefits and potential beauty of wakefulness and look at whether it could be trying to tell us something.
