I have found this course very useful and have recommended it to friends. Much of the information is new to me despite having listened to podcasts and read various books about improving the quality of my sleep. I like to listen while I prepare for the following day or well. I do self-care before sleep. Now that I have completed the course I will be listening again to absorb all the new ideas and get the benefit of Mandy’s soothing voice and encouraging words.

Such a great story… even the second time around. Love your voice so much Mandy I especially love this story of women trying to find a little respite from the awful chill of an English winter to shed their coats for the Italian sunshine while at the same time finding their true selves revealed under layers of unwanted habits. This author truly is a treasure. Thank you for introducing us here on Insight Timer to this.
