Lezione 1
Chakras and Life Force Energy
The purpose of today's talk is to get familiar with chakras and the main chakra system by understanding, its function, and why it is important. We will also get familiar with what the life force is, and how the relationship between the life force and chakras is vital, and how it benefits our every day life. You will be introduced to your first journaling exercise at the end of the lesson
Lezione 2
Physical Chakras
Today's lesson begins with getting into specific functions of the first three chakras. These first three chakras are identified in a group called the physical chakras or chakras of matter. They are the three lower chakras and deal with earthly matters such as survival, sex, and power. We will practice three short meditations. Each Meditation will focus on each one of the Physical Chakras. You will then journal about each of your experiences.
Lezione 3
The Bridge
In today's lesson, we will learn about the heart chakra and its function as the bridge. We will also learn about the three remaining spiritual chakras, their functions, and how it affects our overall health.
We will then practice two meditations. The first meditation will be focused on the heart chakra (The Bridge). The second meditation will be focused on the last three spiritual chakras. You will be asked to journal about your experiences.
Lezione 4
Chakras, Life Force and Health
Today, you will learn about how the main chakra system governs our life force and our health, along with tools and practices to promote overall mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. You will learn that everything is energy, including your thoughts and emotions. Furthermore, you will learn the tool of awareness, and consistency to ensure that the energy of your thoughts and emotions are healthy. You will be using your journal for another exercise towards the end of the lesson.

Shock your Health with Chakras through Reiki and Meditation
In today's lesson, we will learn about the Japanese healing modality called Reiki, and how this energy medicine can help keep our chakras and life force healthy. We will also learn about some meditation practices which will also help balance and open the chakra system, resulting in a healthy balanced flow of life force energy. We will do some meditation and reiki exercises, and journal about these experiences. We will also revisit a past journaling exercise to have a deeper understanding.
