Part 4 Heart Chakra Meditation Welcome to the fourth edition of the eight-part meditation series on balancing and clearing your chakras.

The purpose of this series is to clear blockages in each individual chakra,

Releasing disharmony and restoring the natural flow of your energetic body.

The fourth part of this series is a heart chakra meditation.

The heart chakra is located in the center of your chest.

This energy center is responsible for the source of your love,

Compassion,

Forgiveness and joy.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

If you are sitting,

Place your hands on your lap,

Palms facing up and straighten your back.

If you're lying down,

Place your arms at either side with your palms facing up.

Now we will place our attention to our breath.

These breaths will be a slow and deep four-second count.

Inhale through the nose,

A four-second pause at the top of your breath and a four-second exhale through the mouth.

Let us begin now.

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose,

Two,

Three,

Four and at the top of your breath,

Hold it for four seconds,

Two,

Three,

Four and slowly exhale through the mouth,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Again,

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose,

Two,

Three,

Four and at the top of your breath,

Hold it for four seconds,

Two,

Three,

Four and slowly exhale through the mouth,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Now continue to do this process for about a moment.

Very good.

We will do it one last time.

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose,

Two,

Three,

Four and at the top of your breath,

Hold it for four seconds,

Two,

Three,

Four and slowly exhale through the mouth,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Fantastic.

Now return to your normal natural breathing.

As you return to your natural breath,

Continue to relax the body,

Releasing any stress or tension through your breath.

Let it all go.

In this moment,

There is only now.

No thought of what to do or what has to be done.

No thoughts about the future.

No thoughts about the past.

What you could have done or should have done.

Here in the now,

We let all of that go.

There is only the present moment,

The here and now.

And in this moment,

We are releasing,

We are relaxing,

We are letting go,

And we are following our breath.

Now bring your attention and your awareness to the center of your chest.

This is where your heart chakra is located.

The color that represents the heart chakra is green.

The heart chakra represents your love,

Compassion,

Forgiveness and joy.

When this chakra is off balance,

You will most likely experience fear,

Resentment,

Jealousy and codependency.

In order to balance this chakra,

We will focus our intention on this green spinning wheel.

Envision this green wheel spinning easily with no restriction.

Imagine this wheel growing brighter,

Larger and faster.

Feel the wheel's vibration increasing.

Hear the wheel's hum increase.

All unwanted stagnant energy is now being released from your heart chakra.

It feels more clear.

It feels lighter.

It feels smoother.

As the green glow and vibration continue to increase,

Envision this glow continuing to expand its vibration throughout your energetic body.

Your heart chakra is now balanced and clear.

You now feel more unconditional love.

You feel more forgiveness,

Compassion and joy.

Now repeat after me and affirm,

I am worthy of love.

I am loving to others and myself.

I forgive myself.

I forgive others.

I am peaceful.

I am grateful.

I am full of joy.

Now as we did in the beginning,

Take a slow deep breath for four seconds.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it for four seconds.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale for four seconds.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Do it to Ricky and correctly,

Actually magnification is correct.

Three,

Two,

Three.

Exhale,

Feel it at the top,

Exhale at the top.

Inspire it from your nearbysing mind,

Started to exhale,

The After any patterns slowly,

Returning to your conscious awareness,

Relaxed,

Balanced,

And confident.
