Part 2.

Sacral Chakra Meditation Welcome to the second edition of the eight part meditation series on balancing and clearing your chakras.

The purpose of the series is to clear blockages in each individual chakra,

Releasing disharmony and restoring the natural flow of your energetic body.

The second part of this series is the sacral chakra meditation.

The sacral chakra is located just below the navel.

This energy center is responsible for the source of creativity,

Sexuality and sensuality.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

If you are sitting,

Place your hands on your lap,

Palms facing up and straighten your back.

If you are lying down,

Place your arms at either side with your palms facing up.

Now we will place our attention to our breath.

These breaths will be a slow and deep four second count.

Inhale through the nose,

A four second pause at the top of your breath and a four second exhale through the mouth.

Let us begin now.

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose.

Two,

Three,

Four and at the top of your breath hold it in for four seconds.

Two,

Three,

Four and slowly exhale through the mouth.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Good.

Again,

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose.

Two,

Three,

Four and at the top of your breath hold it for four seconds.

Two,

Three,

Four and slowly exhale through the mouth.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Now do this a few more times.

As you are working on your breath,

Imagine yourself releasing and relaxing.

Fantastic.

Now when you take your last exhale,

We are going to do this one more time.

As we inhale through the nose.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Pause.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Very good.

Now return to your normal natural breathing.

As you return to your natural breath,

Continue to relax the body,

Releasing any stress or tension through your breath.

Let it all go.

In this moment,

There is only now.

No thought of what to do or what has to be done.

No thoughts about the future.

No thoughts about the past.

No thoughts on what you could have done or should have done.

Here in the now,

We let all of that go.

There is only the present moment of the here and now.

And in this moment,

We are releasing,

Relaxing,

Letting go,

And following your breath.

Now bring your attention and your awareness just below your navel.

This is where your sacral chakra is located.

The color that represents the sacral chakra is orange.

The sacral chakra represents our creativity,

Sexuality,

And sensuality.

When this chakra is off balance,

You will most likely experience repression,

Creative blocks,

And issues with intimacy.

In order to balance this chakra,

We will focus our intention on this orange spinning wheel.

Envision this orange wheel spinning easily with no restriction.

Envision this wheel growing brighter,

Growing larger,

And moving faster.

Feel the wheel's vibration increasing.

Hear the wheel's hum increase.

All unwanted stagnant energy is now being released from your sacral chakra.

It feels more clear.

It feels lighter.

It feels smoother.

And as this orange glow grows,

The vibration continues to increase.

Envisioning this orange glow continuing to expand its vibration throughout your energetic body.

Very good.

Your sacral chakra is now balanced and clear.

You are now more sensual.

You now have increased your libido and feel more creative.

Now affirm.

I trust my feelings.

I trust myself.

I am safe to express my sexuality.

I allow my creativity to flow.

Now as we did in the beginning,

Take a slow deep breath for 4 seconds.

2,

3,

4.

Hold it for 4 seconds.

2,

3,

4.

And exhale.

2,

3,

4.

Release and relax.

Bring your attention back to where you are sitting or lying down.

Move your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

You may open your eyes slowly.

Returning to your conscious awareness.

Fully relaxed.

Fully balanced.

And confident.
