Prayer of loving kindness. May all beings be peaceful. May all beings be happy. May all beings be safe. May all beings awaken to the light of their true nature. May all beings be free. As we move toward Election Day here in America, Let's keep this prayer in mind. Let us pray for the highest good of all Americans and all beings everywhere. Take in a deep breath and exhale loving kindness out into the world. One more deep breath in and exhale loving kindness into the world. One more deep breath in. Exhaling and spreading and intending loving kindness for all beings everywhere. May all beings be peaceful. May all beings be happy. May all beings be safe. May all beings awaken to the light of their true nature. May all beings be free. May all beings be free.
