Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on deep loving forgiveness and the practice of ho'oponopono,
Seeing the divine light in others and releasing our vision of them and even towards ourselves of defects of woundedness,
Of negativity.
So this is a meditation to help you have a breakthrough,
A beautiful experience of expansive forgiveness and love for others and for yourself to see the divinity and to accommodate and let go of the negativity,
The harm,
The defects.
So let's begin by taking several deep breaths.
As you exhale,
Soften and relax the body,
Soften and relax the mind.
Allowing each breath to help you release,
Relax,
Let go.
Bring your attention away from the outside world and settle into your heart.
You might place your hands on your heart and feel yourself coming home to yourself.
Becoming more and more aware of your spiritual core.
That underneath all of the layers of your perceptions of who you are,
Your body,
Your appearance,
Your roles.
There is the core of your being,
The shining divine soul.
Aware of your inner nature as peace,
Lightness,
Pure beingness.
And just rest there for a moment.
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to think about.
Just rest in the core of your being.
Very subtle,
Divine light.
As you feel yourself,
As you're aware of yourself,
Becoming aware that all of the other people,
Beings in your life also have this deep,
Pure,
Innocent core.
So taking a moment to be with that,
Aware of the core of your own being and aware of the core being in others.
Underneath everything there is that precious soul.
And through the journey of life we can completely lose touch with ourselves.
And this is where a lot of negative traits and you could say defects,
Harmful behaviors,
Attitudes,
Seep in when we forget.
And when we remember,
The light of truth shines forth very clearly and all of the beautiful traits of our inner being are able to shine.
And that the same is true for others.
And when we see and know ourselves this way and we see and know others this way,
A great healing takes place.
And even though we can't change others,
Our pure vision of them has a powerful effect.
So as we deepen into this meditation,
This practice will bring to mind,
It could be a person,
It could be a group of people,
That you feel you need to forgive,
It could even be yourself.
Any beings there is negativity,
Misunderstanding,
Resentment,
Upset towards.
And as you allow this to come to mind,
We'll begin the practice of ho'oponopono,
Which in its essence means to see the other as a soul in their healed true state.
And we say I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you.
And we say I'm sorry,
Please forgive me for seeing them as the defective,
Negative,
Not good person being and not recognizing their true selves.
This is especially important when they can't recognize their true selves for themselves,
So we give them the blessing of our vision of them and we send the subtle signal of reminder to them of who they really are.
So as you bring to mind who you'd like to focus on,
Feel in your mind and your heart the loving connection that we all have to each other.
Feel yourself as that loving soul and see them as a loving light underneath it all.
And from your heart saying I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you.
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you.
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you.
And we hold this vibration of healing,
Loving energy where all is forgiven and all is healed.
And we allow this healing consciousness to flow,
Sending out vibrations of the highest love,
Unconditional,
Towards others and towards ourselves,
Recognizing the truth of our being.
And in that recognition,
Having that powerful reminder for ourselves and others,
That we are all brothers and sisters,
Children of the divine,
One family.
And even through the forgetting there's been a lot of suffering and pain and sorrow,
We choose to see the truth behind,
The original eternal truth.
And we feel the light of the divine shining upon us and we receive those blessings of love,
Of peace,
Of remembrance.
And in this experience we feel a unity,
A connection,
A oneness with all of life.
Our own heart is able to heal,
Our own mind is able to heal,
And we're able to be a healing force for others,
For the world.
So keeping this practice with you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you.
And you can place your hand on your heart and repeat this inside,
Out loud,
Anytime,
For others and for yourself.
And as you do this practice for others,
You are already healing and blessing yourself by releasing any traces of sorrow you've been holding on to,
Resentments,
Upset.
So in this practice you serve others and you cleanse and heal yourself.
So bringing this with you as you go into your day or your evening,
Anytime,
Any day,
Anywhere.
To free yourself,
To free others,
And to remember your connection to all of life in the core of divine presence and light behind it all.
As you raise your own level of consciousness,
You support the overall consciousness of all of life.
Thank you for your beautiful presence.
Many blessings.
Namaste and Om Shanti.
