Begin by sitting in a comfortable position,
Closing your eyes and taking a couple deep breaths in.
Breathing down into your belly,
Expanding your belly as you do so and exhaling bringing the belly in.
Breathing fully in,
Expanding your belly and fully exhaling.
One more time,
Breathing fully in,
Expanding your belly,
Taking a very deep breath in here and fully exhaling.
Simply receive these affirmations or you can repeat them out loud or within your mind.
I honor the divine within me.
The world is my teacher.
I am worthy of love from divine energy.
I am open to letting go of my attachments.
