Hello everyone,

Welcome to my peaceful universe.

This is your special time where you can enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Find somewhere quiet and peaceful to lay or sit and place your hands on your lap or by your sides.

If you wish,

Gently close your eyes.

Now let's begin.

Imagine it's the summer holidays and you are relaxing and taking it easy on the most beautiful beach.

You are sitting on a big soft towel and as you look up you notice that there are white fluffy clouds drifting through the bright blue sky.

You are feeling so calm listening to the sound of the ocean and a feeling of peace washes over your whole body.

Gently you breathe in as you watch the waves roll in towards you,

Slowly you breathe out as the waves roll back out to sea.

Gently you breathe in as you watch the waves roll towards you and slowly you breathe out watching the waves slowly disappear.

You have bought along a bucket and spade with you today and are looking forward to building a giant sand castle.

You are feeling so good as the sun's shimmering rays warm your neck and shoulders and splashes of salty water spray you,

Keeping you cool as you start to dig and create.

Before long your sand castle becomes so big and you can actually step inside.

As you step in and look around your amazing creation you smile feeling proud and happy inside.

It's so relaxing being here right now and you start to notice all the sounds you can hear around you.

Maybe you can hear children playing and splashing in the ocean or birds squawking as they look for some food.

Pay attention to what other sounds you can hear right now.

As you look around your giant sand castle you see thousands of tiny shells hiding all through the golden sand.

What other things do you find as you explore inside?

The sand beneath your feet feels so soft and you decide to rest and lay down now.

Deeper and deeper your body gently sinks into the sand and you feel yourself almost falling asleep.

This is such a peaceful place to be on a summer's day and you enjoy resting and relaxing here for a little while longer.

It's time to leave this special place now and you can see the sun setting behind the clouds.

So gently take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

Gently breathe in and slowly breathe out.

Softly place one hand on your heart and take a moment to notice how you're feeling after this meditation.

When you hear the bell slowly open your eyes and give your arms and legs a gentle stretch and come back to this moment feeling peaceful and calm.
