Gently close your eyes.
Now let's begin.
Slowly take a deep breath in,
Filling up your tummy like a big balloon and gently breathe out,
Feeling all the air leave your belly.
Imagine that you are in a big aquarium,
Watching the most amazing sea animals and fish swimming by.
Slowly they glide past you,
Swishing and swaying their tails without a care in the world.
Watching the beautiful sea life floating through the clear water fills you with such a peaceful feeling and you start to feel all your worries fading away.
You begin to feel your neck and shoulders relax.
Your arms and fingers relax.
Your spine and tummy relax and your legs,
Feet and toes relaxing too.
Being here makes you feel warm inside and you feel happy as you notice all the different types of sea creatures looking at you through the glass with a friendly smile.
Your attention now moves to the colourful coral glowing brightly in the background.
What a special sight.
And you notice all the pretty starfish resting quietly on the still smooth pebbles.
Can you see any jellyfish hiding behind the seaweed that's gently swaying side to side?
Or maybe you can spot seahorses gracefully gliding by.
Some playful crabs catch your attention and you enjoy watching their little legs shuffling across the sand.
A large school of tropical fish swim by now and it feels so calming watching as they blow lots of small bubbles that gently float up higher and higher.
As you watch the bubbles rising up you start to feel your own breath flowing in and out and gently you breathe in and slowly you breathe out like you are blowing out bubbles too.
And again gently you breathe in and slowly you breathe out blowing more bubbles.
Enjoy staying here for a little while longer watching all the amazing sea animals drifting by.
It's time to leave the aquarium now so gently take a deep breath in filling up your tummy like a big balloon and slowly breathe out.
When you hear the bell slowly open your eyes and give your arms and legs a gentle stretch and come back to this moment feeling peaceful and calm.
