Feeling your belly becoming empty as you let all the air out of the balloon.
Let's breathe in again.
This time as you breathe out,
Imagine you breathe out a big bubble standing in front of you.
This bubble is so big it almost fills the room.
Notice what colour your bubble is.
At the front of the bubble is a wide door.
You decide to step inside.
As you step inside,
You notice there is a large spacious room.
Here you can decorate the inside of your bubble in any way you like.
You can paint the walls and ceiling any colour you wish.
And hang up your special artwork and drawings.
You can fill it with your favourite games and books and listen to your favourite music.
There is a large cupboard filled with your most favourite food and you can smell something delicious floating through the air.
The temperature in your bubble feels perfect.
And the floor is covered in the softest fluffiest blankets in the most beautiful colours.
You feel really relaxed and comfortable in your bubble and feel so safe here.
Take some time now to rest and enjoy this moment.

Notice how your body feels right now.
Each parts of your body feel relaxed.
Come aware of your own gentle in and out breath.
Enjoy the feeling of your breathing.
Feel how soothing it is.

Slowly step out of your bubble now and watch as it begins to shrink smaller and smaller.
