I love the music, I think this mediation is really calm, I imagined the most beautiful thing in the world.❤️🎼,🤔🙏,🤔🏝🌏.

I listened to this with my six year old daughter. Everyone is different and what mood you are in can affect how you interact with a specific meditation. I had read the reviews but decided to give it a go. We really enjoyed listening. The lady who does it has a calming voice, the music was appropriate & pretty and what she said and how she said it calmed my hyper daughter. I even started dozing at the end. I would recommend this to adults and children alike. Thank you. Namaste.
