Imagine being at the edge of a beautiful pond.
The sun is shining.
Feel your body soaking up all the glowing rays of sunlight.
Feel the warmth flowing down.
Tingling the top of your head and warming your spine and entire body.
You are feeling so,
So relaxed here.
You watch the large green water lilies floating gently in the pond.
You can hear the sound of a frog croaking happily.
Allow yourself to breathe in this peace.
Feel your lungs opening and expanding.
Slowly breathe out.
Letting go of any worries or concerns.
You feel safe and comfortable here.
Without a care in the world.
Can you hear the dragonflies dancing above the lily pads?
Look at their wings shimmering in the sunlight.
What a magical sight.
You can see flickers of purples and blue in their delicate wings.
What other colors can you see?
You notice a group of turtles basking by the edge of the pond.
Can you see the flecks of gold and olive and browns on their shiny shells?
It feels so peaceful being here.
If your mind begins to wander and think about something else,
That's okay.
Just say thank you mind and bring your attention back to the pond.
Can you hear the fish jumping in and out of the water?
Their quick movements are creating ripples on the surface of the pond.
You watch the ripples for a while as they form circles and patterns.
The movement of the water is so calming.

You can see the reflection of the sun sparkling above the water.
All the colors of the rainbow are there,
Adding such beauty to this reflection.
You drift off,
Lost in the tapestry of colors,
Absorbing all of nature's beautiful gifts.
The sun starts to set and you can feel a slight cool breeze.
Blowing across your shoulders.
You are feeling so refreshed and so calm.
And you know it is now time to leave the pond.
When you hear the bell,
Slowly open your eyes and gently come back to this moment,
Feeling peaceful and calm.
