Today,

We're going on a special adventure to a magical animal sanctuary where we'll find peace and happiness.

Find a comfortable spot and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you breathe out,

Imagine all your worries floating away like bubbles.

This is your time to relax and be with our animal friends.

But first,

Let's focus on your breath.

Take a big deep breath in and then breathe out as if blowing a candle.

With each breath,

Imagine you're breathing in the fresh,

Clean air of the animal sanctuary.

Now we will walk through the sanctuary and when we do,

We see a group of playful bunnies hopping around.

They are so full of energy and joy.

And watching them makes you feel happy and carefree,

Just like the bunnies.

Next,

We come across a family of gentle deer.

They move gracefully and their eyes are calm and peaceful.

As you watch them,

You start to feel calm too,

Like you're part of this serene moment with the deer.

Further ahead,

We find a pond with colourful fish swimming merrily.

Each fish has its own unique colours,

Just like the special and unique qualities in each one of human beings.

As you see the fish swim happily,

You feel a sense of wonder and excitement.

Now we arrive at a sunny meadow where friendly butterflies are fluttering around.

Each time a butterfly lands on you,

It brings a warm feeling of joy and excitement.

You feel light and carefree,

Just like the butterflies.

As we walk through this magical animal sanctuary,

We also see a wise old owl perched on a branch.

The owl looks at you with a knowing gaze,

As if to say,

You are strong and capable of handling anything that comes your way.

As we end our journey through this magical animal sanctuary,

Remember that you can always come back to this special place in your imagination whenever you need to feel calm and happy.

You can close your eyes and just imagine you are surrounded by love and strength,

Just like our animal friends.

Now gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this feeling of peace and happiness with you,

Knowing that you are amazing,

Just like the animals in the sanctuary.
