
Deep Healing Meditation To Let Go Of Worries & Pain
The deep healing meditation was recorded for a dear friend in great pain with a spinal condition. healing energy flows through my words to anyone in need. I hope you enjoy and find relief within yourself. My dear friend has been awaiting surgery for over a year... but has now been taken off the surgery list. she is critical... she can't walk without an epidural which masks the pain and makes the nerve and spinal cord damage even worse...

Okay,
So just find yourself in that comfortable position.
Lying down on the ground,
Lying down on the beds,
Wherever your body may be.
Just allow yourself a little bit of time to get comfortable.
Just wiggle and jiggle any tensions that might be on the surface of the body.
Just releasing,
Just inviting the body to feel heavy.
And take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Taking another deep breath in,
Really filling yourself up,
Feeling the air coming in through the nose.
Exhale,
Release.
One more time,
Deep breath in.
Pausing at the top of the inhale.
Exhale,
Release.
And then coming into the ujjayi breath,
Or just breathing in and out through the nose.
Just let go of the body.
Relax the body.
It's as if the body is melting,
Melting down into the ground beneath you.
And with each exhale,
Allow the body to sink and to soften.
Allowing the breath to become lighter.
And then just let go of the body completely.
Let it go of any control,
Any need to be anywhere,
Do anything.
And rest the body on the ground.
Then bring your awareness to your heart,
To your chest,
To the lungs.
And just watch and feel the breath rise and fall.
And then start to make the breath a little bit deeper.
Feeling the chest expand,
Feeling the heart open as you breathe in.
And then feeling the chest fall back onto the heart,
Onto the spine,
Onto the bed.
As the exhale releases you deeper into the air.
And taking that deep breath in,
Feeling the expansion.
And exhale and release.
Melting,
Dissolving,
Softening.
And keep breathing in this way,
Nice deep breaths.
Feeling the expansion,
That relief.
On the inhale,
The rejoice of new prana coming into your body.
And then relax and release on the exhale.
Until you are taking full breaths in.
And maybe the exhale is coming out through the mouth.
And allow the exhale to take whatever form that may be with sound,
With relief,
With release.
And just take two more breaths.
Nice,
Full inhale,
Filling the body up with new prana,
With new life.
Feeling it coming into the lungs,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The fingertips,
The face.
Exhale,
Release.
And at the end of your last breath,
Feeling that full inhalation,
Pausing at the top of the inhale,
Feeling the fullness.
And then exhale all the air out.
And pause at the end of the exhale,
Just hold the breath.
Sink the body deeper,
Relax into the stillness within.
Allowing the body to feel heavy,
Sinking deeper and deeper.
Until that next breath comes and just receive it lightly.
Now,
Feel the contrast,
The heaviness of the body as the body becomes one with the earth and the lightness of breath,
Like you're a cloud in the sky.
And just like we give seeds to the earth,
Give your body to the earth like a seed,
Planting it deep into the earth,
Deep into the soil.
Nestling down to a place where the body is fully immersed with the earth,
Being held,
Kept warm.
And that separation between skin and earth starts to dissolve as you open your body up to receive the nourishment from within Mother Earth.
And the nourishment from the earth floods into the body,
Through the skin,
Into the muscles,
Into the veins,
Into the blood and into the bones.
And just like we do when we plant a seed,
Once it is in its place,
We let it rest.
So let the body rest within the earth.
Trust in nature.
Trust that your body is held and is safe as you come up out of the body and into that cloud,
That lightness that is your breath.
And just allow for that lightness to lift you up to a space where you are nothing but light.
There is no weight.
And if any weight is still with you,
Drop it down to the earth,
Drop it back down into the body,
Give it to the soil and let the breath lift you up back into space,
Back into ether.
And every time you feel a bit of weight,
Just drop it back down to the earth.
Let it rest and come back up into space,
Into ether,
Into the air.
And just give yourself a little time just to be with the lightness of your being,
Giving yourself permission to expand.
And whether this be felt or seen,
However you feel or perceive this lightness,
Encourage it to expand,
Encourage it to embrace this space.
It's almost as if you are spreading the fine particles and atoms of your being,
Spreading them out,
Wafer thin.
And as you do this,
Release what no longer serves.
So as we create this space,
It allows for any little bits of dirt,
Any little bits of unwanted to be set free.
Whether that be a negative thought pattern,
A belief,
Whether it be pain,
Grief,
Sadness,
Whatever may be,
Maybe it can't be identified,
It can just be seen or felt.
Just allow them to float up above you and give them to the ether,
Give it back to the universe and give it thanks for the learning,
Give it thanks for teaching you.
And if you know that now is the time that it can be released,
To let go of any attachments,
Let go of those things that we know no longer serve us and give them to the ether like a gift with lightness and with love.
And then fill the space that has been created from this dirt that has been lifted.
Fill that space with love,
With white light like a balm soothing the wound,
Letting your being know that nothing is being left empty,
Nothing is being left raw.
Nothing's being taken from you.
Space has been created for you to be able to fill up more with love.
And let that love flow through the being that has been spread far and wide.
Let that love flow through the intricate weave that creates and is your being.
Now that we have released what no longer serves us,
We have let go of anything that we know we no longer need to hold on to.
Just check in that there's nothing left.
Notice if there is anything that you are still holding on to.
Let your heart know that it's safe.
You can release the grip and let it free.
For everything is energy.
Everything is always moving.
And when we hold on,
We are stopping that flow.
Opening up the fingers,
Opening up the palms and letting go of whatever it is that you are holding on to.
Let that be an idea of belief,
A desire,
A wish.
Set those desires free.
Set those wishes free.
Set the beliefs free.
Set them free so they can fly.
Set them free so you can breathe.
Let that love flow through the being that we know we no longer need to hold on to.
Let that be an idea of being.
Now come back to your being,
To that expansion,
That expansive sensation,
Whether it be sensation or visualization.
Come back to the light that is you.
And we're going to put ourselves back together energetically,
Bringing all of the parts of ourselves back together.
We're going to start with the toes.
So within our light being,
Our light being in its full expansive nature within space,
Bringing back the particles that make the toes in their perfect working harmony.
The toenails,
Top of the toes,
All the little wrinkles on the toes,
The bones,
The nerves,
The skin,
Just as if all the particles are coming back together in perfect working harmony.
Toes on the right foot,
Toes on the left foot.
And once this process has begun,
It's like a magnet.
And the particles come together to create the soles of the feet,
The bones in the feet,
The muscles surrounding the blood vessels,
The nerves,
The skin along the top,
Coming to the heels,
Reforming your heels,
Reforming the ankles.
And then invite the particles in to create the lower shin,
Building up to the calf muscles,
The top of the shins,
The shin bones,
All the nerves coming down the legs,
Recreating,
Rebuilding,
Reshaping.
Bring them all together back into perfect working harmony.
All of the particles to come back within the light body,
Coming up to the knees,
Recreating the kneecap,
The knee joint,
That sensitive bit of skin behind the knee,
Bringing in the blood and then moving up into the thighs,
Thigh muscles,
The bones,
Feeling the legs reform.
Then coming up to the top of the thighs,
The back of the thighs,
Coming into the hip bones,
Bringing all of those particles into your hips,
Into the pelvis,
Into the,
All the intricate muscles that work in perfect harmony around the pelvic floor,
Around the buttocks,
The skin,
The reproductive system,
And then to the tailbone,
Recreating the tailbone,
Bringing all those particles in,
Coming up into the lower back,
The vertebrae,
Little bit by little bit like a magical puzzle,
Recreating,
Reforming,
Space between the vertebrae,
The spinal cord to be free and free flowing,
So the space for the discs to move,
That fluid in the discs to move and invite the particles into the lower back,
The muscles surrounding the lower back to the organs,
To the stomach,
To the intestines,
The liver,
The kidneys,
And then to the tummy muscles,
Then up into the lower ribs,
Create the ribs,
And then come around the side of the body,
The ribs attaching to the spine,
Vertebrae,
The discs,
The spinal column,
Building upon each other,
Constantly moving,
Flowing,
Shifting,
Rebuilding,
Regenerating,
Coming up into the top of the spine,
And then to the ribs that come around into the front of the body,
Over the lungs,
Creating the lungs and the heart,
All the muscles holding that together,
The diaphragm,
Then coming up into the top of the spine,
The shoulder blades,
All the magical muscles in the shoulder,
Attaching to the top of the spine,
The vertebrae,
The discs,
The spinal column,
Free flowing movement,
Energy flowing up into the back of the neck,
Back of the neck into the top of the shoulders,
Rebuilding the top of the shoulders,
Down to the top of the arms,
The armpits,
Down to the elbows,
The lower arm,
Bringing it all together,
Down into the wrists,
All the magical little bones in the wrists,
And then into the hands,
All the little phalanges in the hands,
Right the way down to the fingertips and the fingernails,
And then back to the top of the spine,
The top of the neck,
The throat,
Freedom of expression,
And then bring together the jaw,
The teeth,
The tongue,
The top of the jaw,
Top lip,
The bottom lip,
The nose,
The cheekbones,
And then into the nose,
And those beautiful free flowing pipes that connect everything,
Ears,
Nose,
Throat,
Creating free flow through all of them,
Regenerating,
Rejuvenating,
Up into the eyes,
All the little muscles around the eyes,
The eyeball,
The iris,
Going deep into the eye,
To the optic nerve,
The intricate nerves that surround the eyes,
And coming to the eye socket,
The protector,
Keeping us focused,
Keeping our sights on the present moment,
And coming up into the forehead,
To the eyebrows,
And to that space in between the eyes where the third eye sits,
Recreating,
And then going back into the brain,
Recreating the brain,
Bringing that all together,
All the beautiful glands,
The nerves,
The billions of intricacies that create us and make us who we are,
All the beautiful systems that work simultaneously without us even being aware,
Bringing all of those systems back in,
Free flowing energy through the nervous system,
The hormonal system,
And then into the top of the head,
The skull,
The hair,
Giving life to the hair,
To the ears,
And then invite energy to flow through the whole of that body as if it is one with water,
And that energy is light flowing through all of the veins in the body,
All of the nervous system flowing through everything,
Through the organs,
The stomach,
The spinal cord,
The lungs,
The pelvis,
The reproductive system,
The legs,
Knees,
Down through the toes.
You can feel the tingling and the buzzing of new life,
New cells generating with new positivity.
Just take a moment to bask in that beautiful lightness,
Perfect balance,
Serenity.
And slowly invite the energetic body,
The light body,
Invite your being to rest back on the surface of the earth,
Allowing the energy to rest lightly on the earth,
Inviting the soil in,
Inviting the body to sink down,
The light body,
That energy to go through the soil,
Collecting any nutrients that it still needs until it rests back down into your physical body,
Your physical body being held beneath the earth,
And rest here,
Held in comfort.
And then with the strength and light that is within you,
Let the body grow like the stem coming from the seed.
Let the body lift up like that new shoot making its way through the earth,
Excited for its new life as it comes up and it breaks the surface of the earth,
Experiencing light,
Sunshine,
It comes up and up and up until the whole body is resting on the earth surface.
Your body is resting on the surface of the earth,
Receiving light from the sun,
Breathing in fresh air.
And then connect to your breath,
Taking a breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Taking another deep breath in and exhaling out.
And then bringing the hands to the heart,
Resting them,
Feeling the warmth of your hands on your heart.
Connecting to that warmth within you,
That comfort within you,
That light within you.
Let that light grow and flow through the whole body,
Bringing back that tingling sensation of all the cells in your body just giving you a little wave hello.
Letting you know that you are alive,
You are buzzing with energy,
Flowing freely,
Letting you know that it is safe to let go,
It is safe to loosen the grip,
Letting you know that you are safe to surrender.
Let that light flow through you.
And as you take another deep breath in,
Breathing in that light,
Exhale out any darkness within.
Two more times,
Breathing in the light.
Exhale out the dark.
One more time.
And then just allow the hands to run over the shoulders,
Giving the shoulders a bit of a squeeze,
Squeezing the arms,
A little self massage,
Maybe giving that wrist a little bit of a squeeze,
The hands a squeeze.
And then bringing the hands to the face,
Just holding your face,
Maybe rubbing the fingers along the temples,
Along the eye sockets,
Nose,
Whatever feels good,
Giving the face a little bit of a massage.
Maybe rubbing the eyes before then,
Releasing the hands and slowly opening your eyes,
Bringing yourself back into the room,
Bringing yourself back into this life,
Into your life.
May this feeling be with you for the rest of the day and into the night.
