Welcome to this guided meditation.
To begin,
Find comfort in your body.
Whether it's laying down.
Or in a gentle seated position.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And a soft exhale out of your mouth.
Close your eyes.
Allow yourself to rest.
During this meditation,
Imagine that there is joy.
Spreading through your body.
Feel the warmth on your skin.
Feel the softness of the air around you.
Notice the gentle rise and fall.
From your breath.
Welcome in these moments.
Allow yourself.
To feel joyful.
Notice the beauty.
Of just sitting here.
Relaxing.
Breathing.
Now imagine your heart is opening.
Like a flower in the sun.
Feel that openness spread through you.
Let yourself radiate with that pleasure.
Feel expansion.
Through your whole body.
There's a vibrance inside of you.
There is warmth and pleasure flowing through you.
Reminding you that you are alive.
Give yourself permission to breathe fully.
In this moment.
Let every inhale be joyful.
You are allowed to save her life.
You are allowed to open your mind and your heart.
To the world that surrounds you.
Notice the energy from the bottoms of the feet.
To the crown of the head.
Feel the beauty flowing inside of you.
Notice your soul coming a little bit more alive to pleasure,
To joy.
Give yourself permission to be fully alive in this moment.
Be open to the energy inside of you.
Be open to the energy around you.
Let your heart continue to bloom.
Like a flower in the sun.
Drinking up the richness of the world around you.
Feeling delight and feeling gratitude.
Allow yourself to radiate.
Feel the vibrance.
Let yourself come fully alive.
Take a deep breath in and allow that joy.
To enter.
As you exhale,
Release anything.
That blocks your pleasure.
Remind yourself that life is meant to be enjoyed.
Remind yourself that life is meant to be savored.
Follow the flow of your breath.
And bring a soft smile to your face.
We'll end this meditation by taking a big stretch.
Feeling that aliveness through your entire body.
Taking a big breath.
And when you're ready.
Opening your eyes.
Coming back into your day.
