Perhaps leading up to transitioning into and starting formal meditation practice,
Especially sitting practice,
There's a transition period.
And so what's needed in that transition period?
So especially if you're doing an object like the breath,
What does the breath kind of need or what is the perceived needs of the breath?
And then everything else.
And how can the breath help with the perceived needs of everything else?
And how can everything else help with the perceived needs of the breath?
And then what is needed to connect and merge the two and have them sync in harmony?
And how can that harmony continually support?
So these multiple helpful feedback loops are kind of almost a prerequisite sometimes,
Just as when we need food or we need to be more hot or cool,
Are these basic things that can get in the way if they're not kind of addressed first.
