At times, meditation feels like intentional effort, while other times, it flows effortlessly, as if the practice is happening on its own. The key is receptivity—allowing ease, joy, and momentum to unfold naturally by getting out of the way and letting the practice sustain itself.

I talked about only doing practice real simple and just doing it like the old saying says and then there's times in our practice where it's being practiced where instead it feels like me doing the practice and doing it it feels like it's just happening almost automatically like the practice is being done through me instead of me going somewhere or doing something with the practice so how can we open ourselves up for receptivity to have even greater ease and joy and comfort and whatever else may happen or come or bring and have this receptivity of allowing the momentum of practice to be maintained and me getting out of the way and just being practiced
