Welcome to this many mindful meditation moment created just for you.

If you haven't already done so yet,

Take your time to feel rested,

Relaxed,

And comfortable.

And begin by observing your surroundings.

If you're in a familiar place,

Start to notice the areas of comfort and joy and peace around your room,

Or whatever space you're in.

If you're in an unfamiliar space,

Give yourself patience to just adjust without judgment.

Just noticing how the room feels to you and your body,

Or how the outside feels to you and your energy right now.

Bring in a blanket or anything that you need to make you feel more comfortable,

And adjust to whatever position feels right for your body at this time,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

And in this moment,

Let's begin by taking the deepest breath that you have all day in through your nose.

And on the exhale,

If you feel comfortable doing so,

Begin to close your eyes.

Drop the shoulders.

Be present with the body that you have in this moment,

In this now,

In this day,

In this year.

And this is a brief meditation,

So I want your body to just let go.

Any emotions that might be moving through your system,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Your chakras,

Allow them to purely be.

Notice if there's any anger.

And if so,

Where might it be stored?

Your head,

Your chest,

Your hands,

Your shoulders?

Notice any joy.

Where is it located?

Where is it coming from?

Notice any other emotions that might be floating around.

And ask them to just be patient with you,

And for you to be patient with them.

As each emotion we have brings us to another piece of information about how we're living in our lives,

What's bothering us,

What makes us happy.

And so in this moment we give a bit of gratitude to allow our emotions to exist just as they are.

And breathe in this thought.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through the nose or out through the mouth,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Softening your hands,

Bringing tender energy to the jaw,

The mouth where we talk so frequently.

And before you begin the rest of your day or before you begin the rest of your night,

Take this moment to thank yourself for being alive,

For being able to exist.

Give gratitude to your soul and acknowledge the beauty that's inside and outside of you.

Becoming aware of your body in this space and in this time.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes to come back to the present moment.

Take good care of you.
