Welcome to this meditation that will help you lead with clarity and more fulfillment,
Leaving you feeling more refreshed and energized.
As we begin this meditation,
You can gently close your eyes or soften your focus to one point in the distance.
We'll start out with a three-part breath work.
This gentle breath work will guide you through three deep breaths.
On the first inhale,
Bring that fresh breath all the way to the top of your head.
Then as you exhale out,
Take that breath all the way to the tips of your toes.
On your next inhale,
Sit up tall with a sense of dignity.
Then as you exhale out,
Loosen any tension from your shoulders and jaw.
On your next breath in,
See how you've given yourself a little space,
Even just a few breaths.
As you exhale out,
Send intention for today's practice.
Now you can let go of the focus on your breath and simply be.
I will introduce some affirmations for today.
As I say them,
Repeat them silently to yourself a few times.
The first affirmation for today is joyful,
Energetic body.
Silently,
Repeat this to yourself a few times,
Joyful,
Energetic body.
From the level of the body,
We'll now move to our heart and wrap it in the intention of loving,
Compassionate heart.
Silently repeat this affirmation to yourself,
Loving,
Compassionate heart.
From the level of the heart,
We'll now move to the mind and upgrade it with the affirmation,
Calm,
Collected mind.
Silently repeat this to yourself a few times,
Calm,
Collected mind.
Then from the space of our mind,
We'll move out into our energy field.
This is all along the edge of your body and up to six feet all around it.
Silently repeat the affirmation,
Lightness of being,
Lightness of being.
From the level of our energy field,
We'll now steep ourselves in the affirmation for today,
I am peace.
Let this affirmation flow like a lyric in your mind,
Bringing peace wherever it's needed throughout your mind,
Body,
And soul.
A mantra is like a vehicle for you to drive yourself in the direction you want to go.
As you repeat the mantra,
It's okay if other thoughts or sensations occur.
Just gently come back to the affirmation,
I am peace.
We'll go into the silent part of the meditation here and I'll watch the time for you and let you know when it's okay to stop repeating,
I am peace.
Enjoy this part of the journey in silence.
You can now let go of the mantra and just rest in existence,
Rest in being,
Just rest.
In the place between each thought is a gap,
A place of infinite peace and possibilities.
As you practice meditation,
You will cultivate the ability to stop and observe each time a thought,
Sensation,
Image,
Or feeling occurs.
You'll be able to detach and awaken to how to respond and show up in an upgraded way,
Both for yourself and others.
With meditation,
You can add more wellbeing to your personal and professional life.
As we explore our inner engineering through meditation,
We upgrade our mental software and neural pathways by practicing affirmations for our higher self and the greater good.
As we close out these last few moments,
See yourself collecting back any energy you've put out into the day,
Month,
And year.
Feel your body relax further and thank yourself for showing up today.
As you bring awareness back into the room,
Softly open your eyes,
Touch the fabric of the cushion or chair that you're in,
And take the next moment to arrive back with eyes fully open and circle your wrists and ankles each way to bring back some energy.
