I invite you now to take a deep breath in and as you exhale allow all the tension in your body to just melt away.

You are going on a short journey,

One of inner peace and calm.

As you walk mindfully along the forest path you feel yourself being cradled and supported by the strong healing energies of the trees that surround you.

Each step takes you further and deeper into a state of pure serenity.

The sea is now in view and as you step onto the sand and remove your shoes you enjoy the warmth of the earth and allow the grounding force of nature to instil ease and calm into your mind and body.

You give yourself permission now to just stop and listen to the gentle waves as you feel them caress over your feet so lovingly.

The ebb and flow of the waves is just what you need right now,

Soothing,

Refreshing and uplifting your soul.

Your breath becomes calm and deep as it joins the rhythm of each wave.

You begin to feel an inner peace and calm as you absorb the healing effects of nature as it embraces your whole being.

You now begin to feel rejuvenated,

Replenished and restored and ready to resume your day with a renewed energy and sense of calm.
