A journey through the Chakras to release any blocks, visualize the balancing of the Chakras, and affirm new empowering self-statements of each Chakra. Guiding you deeply into your energy centres in a gentle and impactful way to feel lightness, balance, and liberation. Also guiding a deeper understanding of how to connect with your Chakras.

Hello and welcome to my guided meditation on balancing the chakras.
My name is Chloe of Inner Glow Counseling and I am very pleased to share this meditation with you.
To begin,
Take a comfortable seated position,
Perhaps using a block under the sit bone or leaning against a wall to rest.
Maybe you'd like to sit in a chair with your feet flat on the earth or if it's more comfortable you can lay down on the floor or bed.
And when you are ready you can begin to close down your eyes or just taking a soft gaze in front of you if that's more comfortable.
Notice your natural breath through your nose without judgment and without the need to control it.
Notice the cool air on your inhale,
Feeling nourished of oxygen into your body and notice the warm air on your exhale,
Expelling any air and any negative feelings.
Take a few deep breaths and feel the air fill into your stomach,
Your ribs and your chest,
Breathing in nourishment and slowly releasing anything that does not belong to you.
As you focus on your breathing,
Visualize a white beam of light shining down from above.
This pure bright white light shines directly down and flows over your body.
Visualize this white light encompassing you,
Protecting you and healing you.
It radiates throughout your body,
Supporting you throughout this meditation.
You can acknowledge this light by saying in your mind,
I am here and present.
Now bring your awareness into your feet and your legs,
Noticing the feeling against the ground beneath you,
Providing you support,
Bringing awareness to the connection to the earth,
Feeling the roots of your body sink deeply into this connection that you maintain with the earth.
Visualize red roots connecting from the base of your body into the ground beneath you,
Feeling the support of mother earth protecting you,
Knowing that wherever you are,
You are safe and you belong here in this present moment.
As you connect with the earth,
Sense your fear ebb away.
Those red roots carry away your fears,
Taking them away from you and into the nurturing ground below.
These fears are no longer a part of you.
Without these fears,
You feel safe in all that you do in your life.
These red roots are the healing powers of your base chakra,
The muladhara or the root chakra.
You can acknowledge these red healing roots by repeating in your mind,
I am safe and protected by mother earth.
Now moving your awareness up into your hips and pelvis,
Bringing awareness to any tightness or sensations that linger here.
This is where we store our emotions.
As you feel the tightness,
Acknowledge the feelings without the need to change them.
Notice and embrace the fact that you have feelings and emotions.
This is also known as your creative center.
As you hold on to emotions,
You place blocks in your creativity.
Know that it is okay to have emotions,
That it's okay to accept your feelings and for them to be expressed without guilt.
With acceptance,
Your emotions are free to be expressed in healthy and contained ways to allow you to feel more connected to your true self and your creativity.
Visualize orange water flowing in and around your hips,
Flowing with ease,
Releasing the tightness,
Letting go and allowing your emotions to wash away with the orange flowing water.
This is your second chakra,
Svadhisthana or sacral chakra.
Acknowledge these orange healing waters by saying in your mind,
I trust my feelings and give them space to be expressed.
Bringing your awareness up into your belly,
Focusing your attention just above the belly button and below the chest bone.
Feel a sensation of warmth and fire rising up and visualize a fire inside your belly that is glowing yellow and bright.
This fire fuels your confidence,
Bringing you assurance of yourself.
It is strong and powerful.
It is your center,
Your identity,
The place that you radiate your essence from to the world around you.
This fire also burns the need for control and any attachments made by your ego.
With this warming fire,
Feel the acceptance of your power and know that you are worthy.
You are worthy to shine in your power.
Visualize any feelings of shame burning up with the flames because there is nothing shameful about you.
You are worthy to show your authentic,
Beautiful self.
This fire within you is loving and kind.
It is strong and reminds you of your purpose.
This is your third chakra,
The manipura or solar plexus chakra.
Acknowledge these yellow flames by saying in your mind,
I accept myself unconditionally.
Now take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs and the chest.
Breathe in love and breathe out any negativity that has arisen within you.
Take a moment for deep inhale and exhale,
Allowing anything that is surfacing to move through you.
As you take these deep breaths,
Bring this fresh new air into your heart center.
Visualize these breaths blowing into and out of the heart.
Visualize them bold and green,
Blowing with purpose and with love.
And just as the breath flows in and out,
So does the love that you cultivate within you.
Breathing it in and breathing it out to the people and the world around you.
We are able to receive and give love to those we choose to connect with.
And notice that with each breath,
There is an expansion of the heart.
It opens wider to give more love and creates more space to receive love.
This love is unconditional and pure,
Giving and receiving without attachment or expectation.
Knowing that love is the highest form of energy we work with.
And the more attention we give to this flowing movement of love,
The more love we can experience.
Love reaches into the darkest of corners within our being,
Shedding light to heal.
It moves as air moves in and out.
Where it finds grief,
It shines compassion.
Where it finds hurt and pain,
These winds shine forgiveness.
Forgiveness of others and forgiveness of ourselves.
Love is like air.
We cannot see it,
But we feel it.
Like air,
Love is lightness.
This is your fourth chakra,
The Anahata,
The heart chakra.
Acknowledge these healing green winds of love by saying in your mind,
I am loving to others and to myself.
Now bring your attention to your throat.
Begin to sense the vibrations within the throat.
This is the space we speak from.
Notice the vibrations moving up and out of your throat,
Carrying with it the intentions of which you choose to communicate.
When you find blocks with your speaking,
You can sense the catch of the vibrations,
Pulling our words and sounds back into our body.
Liberate the vibrations by visualizing blue light vibrating through the throat,
Clearing the way for your truth to move forward into the world,
Allowing yourself to express as freely and authentically as possible.
Knowing that as you speak,
You speak with clarity of intention that arises from your heart,
Connecting you to others through sounds,
Actions,
Thoughts,
And any other expression that brings lightness to this world.
Visualize vibrant blue vibrations shaking away any lies that begin to creep forward.
Know that your voice is important and the world is ready to hear you.
This is your fifth chakra,
Vishuddha or throat chakra.
Acknowledge these clearing and healing blue vibrations by saying in your mind,
I am important,
My voice is important in the world,
And my voice is heard.
Now moving your awareness up into your third eye,
Into the place where your eyebrows meet and set just back behind the skull bone.
Visualize a bright light shining here,
Indigo in color.
This light comes from within the foundations of you,
Shining out into the world.
It brings forward the wisdom that you have gained through all of your life experiences.
It is the beacon of light that guides you as you move forward through your journey.
This light carries forward with it truth,
Truth in seeing the world as it is,
Clear of any illusions.
This light also ignites your imagination,
Allowing you to connect in with consciousness for creativity,
Manifestation,
And truth seeing.
It is the beacon of light that guides you as you move forward through your journey.
When thoughts crowd into the mind,
It blocks the light from shining its wisdom to thoughts,
Create clouds over the light.
And so now focus on shining this light stronger to clear any thoughts,
Any judgments,
Any perceptions,
And any illusions from this space so that you can see clearly inside and outside.
As the light shines to clear the mind,
Trust in your inner wisdom as it finds space to come forward to guide you.
This is your intuition.
You can connect with it here when you're seeking guidance.
This is your sixth chakra or the third eye chakra.
Acknowledge this healing and purifying indigo light shining through your mind space and third eye by saying to yourself,
I see clearly,
I see purely,
I connect with my imagination and trust my intuition.
And finally,
Bring your awareness to the crown of your head,
Right at the top of your head.
This is the space where we connect to consciousness,
To a higher source,
To the cosmos,
To the divine being,
Whichever it is that you believe in.
Something greater than yourself,
This is where you connect to it.
It is where you find your spirituality,
Your divine purpose,
Your cosmic place in the higher identity of the universe.
This is where when you give attention and time and dedication,
You sense higher consciousness,
A deeper knowing,
A trust in something larger than yourself.
Visualize deep purple light connecting you from the top of your head to the sky above.
And with this light,
Know that you are connected to something bigger,
More meaningful and greater than the individual self.
Sense that you are one and that we as a collective are united.
This is your seventh chakra,
Sahasra or the crown chakra.
Acknowledge this deep purple connection by saying in your mind,
I am a divine being of love and light.
I am deeply connected.
I am one.
Now let go of any awareness and just allow yourself to feel the balancing and liberation that comes with this meditation.
Fill into your body,
Bring awareness back to your breath.
Allow yourself to notice any sensations that arise and move through you.
Take a moment to integrate this chakra clearing meditation.
And when you are ready,
Bring your awareness back into the room,
Noticing the sounds around you,
Noticing your body moving with your breath.
Take some small movements in your body,
Moving your fingers and toes.
Now take some bigger movements,
Maybe some stretches to bring the sensation back into your body,
Waking up your body.
Take a small moment to notice how you feel,
Giving yourself gratitude to yourself for creating time to honor your being today,
For connecting in with your body,
Your energy and connecting in with your chakras.
And slowly in your own time,
Begin to rub your hands together,
Creating energy between the hands,
Placing these hands over your eyes,
Allowing your body to return into the flow of its own energy cycle,
Releasing your hands when you are ready and slowly opening your eyes,
Bringing forward with you a sense of balance,
Restoration and calmness.
