
Daily Breathing Meditation: Melting Stress
Allow a waterfall of light to melt and dissolve any areas of stress or tension as it gently flows throughout your body. Breathe the pristine waterfall of light in through the top of your head and allow it to cleanse and soothe and nourish and then release through your feet all that is not needed into Mother Earth for healing. Take a moment for yourself to heal and rejuvenate.
