Hey my friend,

Let's dedicate this meditation to connect with the quantum field.
Make sure you're sitting or lying down comfortably.
Be invited to close your eyes.
And pay attention to your brain.
Pay attention to your mind.
Pay attention to your eyes and your forehead.
When we feel a certain type of agitation,
That area gets agitated the most.
Because that's where the brain is active.
So let's soften and relax that area by softening the eyes first of all.
Visualizing that as we soften the eyes and the forehead,
We're like opening a gate.
So the energy,
The life force accumulated in the brain can flow downwards.
And in a way nourish the lower parts of our body.
Now bring your awareness to the forehead.
And try to move it a little bit into the brain,
The very front part of the brain.
This is the seat of awareness.
From there we're projecting awareness to any object we're connecting.
It can be in our body or anything when you look,
When you hear.
You do it with awareness and then the information travels back through the sensory organs.
To perceive the world outside of you.
Once you relax the agitation from the mind,
From the brain downwards,
That area starts to be clear and clean.
And as we're focusing there,
It gives us a sense of peace.
Now let's move the awareness and include a little bit backwards part of the brain.
Not only the very forward part,
But let's say half part of the head.
And just allow your awareness to rest there.
That area allows you to connect with the quantum field.
Everything around you vibrates.
You vibrate.
Because you vibrate in a different.
.
.
Because you're vibrating in different amplitude compared to the creation or the quantum field which is the same.
Then you feel separated.
This area of your brain allows you to synchronize your vibration with the vibration of all there is.
So just allow that area from the middle of your brain to the front,
To the forehead,
To be present.
That's all.
Second step is to unite that part for coherence with your heart center,
The center of the chest.
So you're visualizing that that area of the brain is starting to synchronize and exchange energy with the center of your heart or the heart chakra.
It's not the physical heart in the left,
It's the center of the chest.
Let them unite and become the essence of the field.
Don't worry if your physical form or your emotional being or even your mind are not well at this moment.
Don't worry about it.
It'll come next.
Just hold the connection between brain and the heart chakra.
Hold it tight as if it's your anchor.
It doesn't matter how strong the storm around you.
Third step,
Include into the field of awareness the whole creation.
So your mind acknowledge that it can be expanded,
Unbound,
That the field is vibrating in the whole creation,
The same as in your brain,
The same as in your heart.
So now your awareness including mind,
Heart chakra,
Infinity.
Try to hold this connection together naturally.
It doesn't involve working.
It's so natural.
The fourth step is to start to invite those part within you that feels heavy,
Tight,
To synchronize with the infinite being which you are and all is.
Each part within you is craving that unity.
It functions the best like you want to feel amazing.
Each cell,
Molecule and atom within you craving the best.
Each cell,
Atom,
Molecule craving the same.
So invite the center of your chest,
The heart chakra to harmonize with the infinite field of vibration of being.
Invite your lower abdomen,
Your second chakra,
The sacred chakra to synchronize as well with infinity.
All vibrates in harmony.
Don't rush the process and slowly allow everything to synchronize and harmonize so you can be and feel exactly the vibration which you are already.
