Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

We all know that dealing with our mind can be sometimes very challenging.

Let's learn what does it mean to be above the mind.

The mind always looking for the best and the easiest way to save energy,

To make sure that we don't spend too much energy to reach what we need to reach.

Many times saving energy can be very similar to being lazy and not doing really what we need to do.

Even maybe I'll do it tomorrow,

Procrastinating,

Not folding something,

Not putting something in order.

That exact moment when the mind say do it tomorrow or maybe later,

That exact moment is when we're moving beyond the mind.

The mind says something and part of us say yes we'll do it tomorrow or we'll do it later.

That exact moment is a moment of splitting of energies,

Splitting of life experience.

When you say no I'll put these two papers together before I move into the next task.

I say never mind I'll do it tomorrow.

Let's go and have something to eat now.

That exact decision will define how the next decision will be.

When you go under the mind and you allow that tendencies to start to guide you in your daily life,

Then that's how your daily life will be like.

When you allow those decision to guide you,

That's how your daily routine or daily task will be.

That moment is crucial for the next moment.

Every moment is built based on the previous one.

When you make sure that you keep everything tight and you make everything in order and don't let a moment of being underneath the mind,

Yeah because the mind want to take it easy at this moment.

In this way life will be ordered and you'll be above it and then it will translate also being above the mind psychologically.

Because when the mind gives you a negative thought,

If you are below the mind you're going to get into it and move into the next negative thought.

When you put two papers in order you're gonna put two thoughts in order,

Say this is yes and this is no and like this you define your train of thoughts and what will be the next thought like.

So I want to encourage you to be above your mind,

To watch what your mind is telling you and to make sure that you use the right input of your mind and not the negative or lazy input of your mind.

It doesn't mean that we need to be strict with yourself,

This will lead to the reverse effect that the mind will really rebel and start to move the opposite direction very strong.

So you need to be very cautious like dealing with a little boy or little girl and make sure that you're above the mind but you're not stressing the system too much.
