And I would like today to start by doing a bit of breathing with visualization.
So let's start by breathing and visualizing heaven to earth trajectory or direction.
Let's visualize it that we inhale,
We pulling the light like golden light from infinity into our body front sides and back.
And when we exhale,
We're like directing the light down through our body,
Through our legs,
Through our feet into the center of the earth.
So make sure that you're establishing this a beautiful image very clear.
And then we're introducing the breath to go with that.
Remember that the mind create like the tool and the breath bring it,
Fill it up with life.
Okay,
So the mind creates the tool in the image and the breathing fill it up with life force.
Inhaling to the body and exhaling to the earth.
As clear as the image and more powerful the reaction and the transition.
As you're doing it,
Try to expand your awareness and the image away from the body as well.
So this golden waterfall will not only be in the body,
Will be also around the body.
Okay,
Let's pause for a minute and just see what's happening.
What is the effect of what we've done on our mind,
On our emotion,
Or the sense of general well-being.
And now let's go to another image.
This is not a comment that we did before.
So the image is that we're going to draw the life force from the center of the earth and lift it up through the inner legs,
Through the center of the body,
To the chest when we inhale.
And when we exhale,
It's like a fountain that is spreading back down from our chest,
From our arms,
Through the side of the body,
Back to the earth.
Okay,
Again,
When we inhale,
We're visualizing we're pulling the life force from the earth through the inner legs and lifting it up to the chest.
And then we're exhaling the life force down from the sides of the body,
On the sides of the arm,
Back into the earth.
For those who like the theory behind that,
Everything,
We're pulling in the earth energy through the inner meridians of the legs,
Yeah,
Spleen,
Liver,
And kidney.
And we're lifting that earth energy through those meridians up to the chest.
And then we're exhaling through the gall bladder,
Which is the side meridian.
And this energy comes from the heaven.
So like this,
We're harmonizing heaven and earth energies.
And then let's continue with another image.
It comes from a Qigong practice.
And this is called circulating the earth from the back.
Okay,
So what we're going to do,
We're going to lift the energy or visualize that the energy lifts with the breath from the feet,
Yeah,
Up our back,
And then up to the head,
To the crown,
And then it's going down,
Back to the feet from the front.
And like this,
We're circulating from the back up,
From the front down.
Okay.
Inhale from the earth through the back up to the head,
Exhale from the front,
Back down to the earth.
Again,
We're harmonizing yin and yang.
Okay,
Again,
Let's let go and just observe what's happening.
Let's observe the energy,
How it is distributed in the body.
How is left and right in the body?
How is front and back?
And now let's expand awareness outside the body.
Let's start to become aware of the energy field surrounding us,
Acknowledging that we are sitting right now in a living space,
Completely alive,
Completely vibrating.
And try to feel and or see that the space is alive completely.
And try to inquire,
How is the exchange between your physical form or the energy inside your physical form and that life field space around you?
Is it flowing inside out?
Is it just one vibrational space?
What's happening?
How does it connect it?
Let's make sure that each part of our body is connected from inside out,
Through the sense of vibration,
Or if you see colors,
Through colors that are moving,
Through temperature,
In any way that you're perceiving it.
So let's bring the awareness to the head,
Recognize the vibration in the head,
And invite those vibrations to be felt also outside and synchronize with the outside.
Here as well,
Like everything in life,
We need to create the image in order for the life force to know where to go.
Okay,
So in the image that you're applying here,
You're visualizing the head and you're visualizing the space around it,
If possible,
An infinite space.
So your mind is the moving part of awareness,
The mind defined the space or the image you are looking at,
But actually you are feeling with energy,
And then the awareness perceiving it.
It's clear the image,
More profound the experience.
In the head as you're lying or inviting the head to synchronize with the infinite space around it,
Maybe there's areas of more or less tension,
Try to invite those as well to synchronize.
Let's move a bit lower to the area of the chest,
And we can include the arms as well.
Let's recognize the vibration inside the body,
Inside the chest and the arms.
Recognize the quality,
Maybe there's some tension there,
And then again acknowledge the infinite space,
The living space you are in right now,
Actually always.
If possible,
Acknowledge it to infinity,
And then invite synchronization between the area of maybe tension in the chest and arms and the creation.
Again,
The mind created the possibility,
And when the mind is clear about the image,
The area,
Then the awareness perceiving it immediately.
Here as well,
Try to be thorough in your observation,
Because maybe the front really seeing faster than the back,
Maybe one side faster than another side.
So,
As you're staying in the level of the chest,
Pay attention that all parts,
Front,
Sides and back,
Deep inside,
And outside,
They're all gently,
Slowly harmonizing and synchronizing.
Then I go a bit lower into the area of the abdomen,
Let's say solar plexus to navel area,
And just first recognize what's happening inside.
Is the breath entering there beautifully?
Is there tension?
Does the organs are feeling soft?
Or there's tension in the solar plexus?
How is the back in relationship to the front,
The sides?
And once you're clear about that area,
Meaning your image is holding clearly where you want to focus,
And you start to feel it,
Then expand your awareness,
Expand to infinity.
Again,
We can say expand awareness,
But actually awareness and mind are going together.
They're like brother and sister,
Or twins almost.
So,
The mind expand and expand and expands,
And then creating a link between the area of the abdomen and infinity,
And then it leaves the rest to happen on its own.
Make sure that you are thorough at your work,
And that you are looking to area that are still tight,
And inviting them to join and synchronize and soften into the infinite space surrounding.
Let's shift to the lower part of the torso,
The area of the lower abdomen,
Lower back sacrum,
Pelvic floor.
And let's invite that area into the same process,
Connecting first and recognizing what's going on there,
And then expanding awareness to infinity and inviting synchronization.
And let's include into that our legs,
Our feet,
Our toes,
Doing the same process of expansion and synchronization.
So,
Now let's include the whole body and the whole creation.
So,
Our mind creates this image.
As a result,
It starts to feel it,
And then we align this synchronization between inside and outside to continue and go deeper and deeper.
And we know it's working,
Because slowly,
Gradually,
We stop feeling our physicality so clear.
The mind becomes soft,
The breath goes deeper and is soft.
Our physicality is relaxed,
And we're aware of the infinite space,
In fact,
That we are.
It's not only around,
It's all there is.
The next step is to shift from the level of energy awareness or vibrational awareness into pure consciousness.
All of those are levels of vibration.
Pure consciousness is vibration as well,
But it's the most subtle vibration there is.
So,
What does it mean,
Pure consciousness?
How to approach it?
So,
Like we created the space and the images so we can feel the process and allow the process of synchronization to take place,
We also defined the level of subtlety that we're going to engage with that process.
We define it by connecting to the vibration,
Okay,
Feeling the vibration.
Vibration is a level of energy that is more harsh,
Let's say,
In comparison to being.
So,
We now stop looking for vibration.
Okay,
So we're just acknowledging I am all there is,
There is no vibration now,
And we don't look for that,
Meaning we raised above that.
So,
My mind is the whole creation,
Which includes as well my human form,
Or my human existence.
So,
The mind now is its maximum expansion,
And as it stops moving,
It's adjusting,
Let's say,
Its speed to the awareness that doesn't move at all,
But is the energy of creation itself.
When the mind and the awareness are synchronizing completely together,
Then there is only a sense of being,
What's called enlightenment.
So,
In order to connect to that vibration,
Or that level of being,
The mind needs to stop visualizing or looking for something,
Because as long as it moves,
And looks,
And identifies,
And does things,
It is separating itself from this pure consciousness,
Awareness.
So,
Slowly the mind is withdrawing its movement.
And practically wise,
At least the way I experience it,
Is that the thinking part of the mind,
Which is more in the front of the head,
Is gradually kind of melting into the back of the brain,
And kind of dissolving.
We can say,
You know,
Graphically,
That the thinking part of the mind is in the front,
And the awareness part of the mind is in the back of the head.
And now,
When we don't need visualization anymore,
We're inviting the mind,
The thinking part,
The moving part,
To merge completely,
Like a river,
Into the ocean of being,
In the back.
But it's not a physical place that the mind stays there,
It's a portal.
When you are there,
You are everywhere.
If you want to deepen the healing,
And you're still recognizing parts of your human form,
Human existence,
Physical,
Or emotional,
Or energetical,
That is vibrating in a different level or speed,
Meaning you can feel it,
Invite that part as well,
To become one with all,
And synchronize completely.
Go deeper to your cells,
To your tissues,
Everything transforming into light.
This is a beautiful opportunity to do like a very,
Very deep healing and letting go,
Because as you are raising vibration by connecting to pure consciousness,
You can see very,
Very clear which parts of your existence as a human form is still kind of lingering,
Holding tension,
In that infinite field of pure consciousness.
Those parts of you,
You know,
They're vibrating in a low vibration because there's tension there.
That is a leftover of our habitual existence in separation from Source.
And that creates a lot of tension in the body,
In the mind,
In the emotions.
So without collapsing into the tension,
Without collapsing into the separation,
Stay all there is,
And invite those parts that are still in low vibration to synchronize,
And they will,
100%.
It just takes time.
So although we're moving the mind a little bit,
It still can stay very,
Very,
Very connected to being,
You know.
It still doesn't need to go deep back into the physical or into the breath or into the vibration.
It can stay in very high altitude of pure consciousness.
Go deeper and deeper.
Try to visit each and every part of your human form,
Of your emotional form,
Of your energy form,
And invite everything to harmonize,
Deep inside your abdomen,
Deep inside your organs.
And really what's happening here is that that you that we're constantly calling you,
Me,
I,
Is in fact the creation itself harmonizing itself.
So in this process of complete synchronization,
As much as we take out the doer,
The me,
The I,
And we're realizing that actually who we are is creation itself,
Taking care of parts of itself that are tense,
And bringing each and every part of itself back home to pure consciousness.
As much as we're pulling that ego tendency to identify as the doer,
The effect is more profound,
More deep,
More magical,
More blissful.
Because the mere identification that I'm doing already is creating blockage.
Let's start to end this meditation,
But don't end it,
Of course,
We don't end meditation,
But we're preparing ourselves to move into a new arrangement.
So first of all,
Let's pay attention to the breath.
And as we are in that infinite pure consciousness state,
Observe how the breath has so much space to move.
We don't need to breathe deep,
But it's beautiful to observe it,
That in fact the breath can expand boundlessly.
Observe your heart center that can feel love,
Again,
That it can connect to infinite,
Unconditional love.
Observe your second chakra below the navel,
The sacral chakra,
And feel how it can connect with so much power,
Vitality,
Life force.
Okay?
So by meditating and synchronizing with Source,
While we're still moving as human beings on this planet,
We need that constant exchange with Source into our energy centers.
And like this,
We don't really stop meditating,
We're moving as a physical form in connection with Source,
When we feel that our energy centers,
Our whole being,
Is in communication.
For that,
It's important to take breaks from the normal doing,
Moving,
That Western life obligates us,
And to touch a tree,
To walk barefoot on the earth,
To embrace people,
To laugh,
To feel that you are alive in your physical form,
By activating all those qualities.
And like this,
Life is comfortable,
It's fun.
We don't need to escape into meditation,
We need to connect meditation with our normal day,
Daily life.
