Let's start,

First of all,

By expressing gratitude.

Gratitude that life brought us here to this moment,

So we can connect with the truth and the source of who we are and of all what is.

Let's give gratitude to all the people that are behind the scene,

Maybe doing something right now,

That we can sit here quietly and connect.

Gratitude to endless Masters and Teachers.

This planet is exactly the place where we are transforming,

Realizing the truth of who we are while being a human being.

So,

Let's connect right now,

First of all,

To the breath.

Observe how the breath moves in and goes out gently,

Not trying to force it,

Just observing it.

Observe how your body is responding to the breathing,

How much space there is for the breath to move in,

To occupy.

And if you're noticing areas that feel a bit empty of the breath,

That the breath doesn't go there,

Just become aware of that fact,

And then gradually the breath will start to occupy and nourish those areas as well.

Now,

Let's bring awareness to our whole body,

Feeling the whole body,

The legs,

The torso,

The arms,

The head,

Trying to feel everything at once.

And let's continue breath awareness while being aware of the body.

Now,

Let's bring awareness to the energy field around the body.

If you can feel it or see it,

So you just connect to that.

If you cannot,

Just say,

I'm connecting to the energy field around my body,

That's it.

And then observe how the breath is changing with that awareness.

Now,

Expand more your awareness of the space around your body,

Maybe to the space where you're sitting.

And the same,

Observe how the breath is responding to the expansion.

Now expand,

Allow your mind to become the whole creation,

Infinite.

And again observe how the breath is responding.

The only thing you are doing is defining the expansion of your mind.

Wonderful.

Now let's become more subtle,

And let's say observe again the body itself.

And instead of focusing on the movement of the breath,

Let's observe vibration.

Just feel that your body vibrates,

It vibrates everywhere.

And like we did with the breath,

Let's observe if that vibration felt the same everywhere.

And if an area of your body feels less vibrating,

Just acknowledge it and it will start to harmonize with the rest.

And once we feel that the whole body is vibrating,

Let's follow the same process as we did with the breath,

And expand to the energy field.

And try to feel that your energy field is vibrating exactly like your body.

In fact,

It unites with the vibration of the body,

And it transforms into one vibrating field.

And again,

Like we did before with the breath,

Let's expand to the space where we are.

And again acknowledge that it's all charged with vibration,

With life force,

With energy.

Feeling as if your body expands.

And again,

We're expanding awareness into the whole creation,

Infinity itself.

We're acknowledging that the whole creation vibrates exactly the same as your body,

And it's all uniting and synchronizing into one vibration.

Now,

The awareness at observing the breath and the vibration does not vibrate.

It is pure consciousness.

In fact,

As long as we are in the vibration mode,

There's still some traces of stagnation or blockage.

So we want to move into no vibration being.

What we're doing,

We're observing the vibration with our awareness,

And by being with the vibration,

It will start to disperse,

It will start to harmonize with no vibration,

With just pure consciousness being.

Let's start with the body again.

Just be and recognize where in your body you're feeling a vibration.

Just be with that and inviting those sensations of vibration to soften,

Which they will even if you don't do anything.

Your only job is to become aware of the vibration,

And it will settle down,

And suddenly you stop feeling that area that was vibrating.

Okay,

Then we're expanding awareness into our energy field.

We're recognizing its vibration.

Even if you see it as color,

It's the same idea.

If you see it as infinite pixels,

Same idea.

It's still its physical manifestation.

And we're being with that.

We're being with what we're feeling or seeing.

And slowly it subsides and it just feels being.

It doesn't feel as something.

And again we're expanding to the space where we're sitting,

Recognizing its vibration,

And just being with those vibrations.

And then we're expanding again to infinity.

And we're being with our vibration in the whole creation.

Again,

You don't need to do anything besides acknowledgement.

That's all.

So you're widening consciousness to infinity,

And you feel the infinite vibrational ocean.

And you're just being with that until it transforms into being.

Like nothing you can feel,

It's just knowing I am.

Wonderful.

So it's normal that not everything is synchronized.

It's normal.

Maybe you still feel emotion,

For example,

Or heaviness in your heart center.

Maybe there's still some tension in your body.

Maybe even there are still thoughts moving,

Coming and crossing.

It's no problem.

So to invite more synchronization and more harmony,

Let's invite our nervous system to synchronize with that infinite space which we are,

Infinite consciousness which we are and everything is.

So while holding awareness as creation in the whole creation,

Invite your nervous system to synchronize.

Your mind is infinite,

And it's including the tension.

Don't pull into the ego identity,

Because then you're shrinking again.

Into the illusion of separation.

Stay infinite.

Stay as the truth.

Then let's bring awareness to our heart center,

In the center of the chest,

And again invite it to synchronize with the whole creation,

As the whole creation.

Then invite your third eye to do the same,

To synchronize with the infinite source.

Remember that you are all there is.

You are all there is.

Not you,

The little person.

You as infinity.

Inside you there is the creator itself,

And its manifestation.

You are everything.

And that's what you're doing here on this planet,

Remembering who you are.

While being a human,

Remembering your infinity.

Let's take advantage that we are here together,

With the attitude of supporting each other.

Because life is very challenging sometimes.

And sometimes it's difficult to enter into a very deep meditation,

And deep unity.

And like this,

When we are coming,

Gathering together,

We can support each other.

So let's visualize that we're creating a circle.

Just place yourself intuitively in that circle,

Wherever suits you.

And acknowledge the rest of these light beings which we are,

Around you.

That acknowledgement creates unity between us.

And even if you're listening to this recording,

This is beyond time and space.

It's always here.

So you're joining exactly like us now.

This is infinite and endless.

Feel how the energy between us builds up,

And then allow your heart chakra to send a wave of love through that circle.

So we're also connecting on the love vibration.

And as you inhale,

Invite yourself to receive the love and the power from our brothers and sisters in this circle.

And as you exhale,

You're giving it back.

And like this,

We're evolving,

Relaxing,

And radiating.

And then let's take a minute to invite loved ones,

Family,

Friends,

That we know they are in great need right now of healing and support to this circle.

To be with us.

And know that the same awareness that you're applying to harmonize you can work to anyone,

Anywhere,

Anytime.

Beautiful.

Always comes the question after we finish this meditation,

How do I keep this quality?

So first of all,

Just by doing this meditation,

It offers so much healing and cleansing as you're connecting to no friction space.

Infinite space.

So it changes your neurological pathways and helps you just to stay more in that state during the day as you move.

So regular practice is super important.

Now,

It's also extremely important to apply gratitude,

Like we started this meditation.

To apply humbleness in front of this mystery and magic of creation.

And as well,

To enjoy life.

To feel that you are really alive.

That you dance and you sing and you walk and you meet and you eat and you are alive.

And you do things that make you happy.

That's very,

Very important.

This is the expression of that life force in action.
