Let's have a beautiful meditation.
The way I call the meditation today is to unfreeze or unfrozen our ego identity.
To reconnect with Source.
We can compare our identity to a wave that starts to form and then it freezes.
And when it freezes it holds its identity I am this wave and then it sees all the other waves it starts to talk to them.
But the wave cannot freeze but our mind is freezing all the time with identity I am me.
So if we look at it a bit differently so we have awareness that observes everything and then we have the mind that you can look at it a bit like a wheel that spins and all the time generates ideas and identities.
I am this I am that,
I am that,
I am that.
And as long as that wheel is moving and spinning and spinning then we all the time thinking that I am different than what sees that movement which is awareness.
So this is the freezing meaning that our identity is frozen and it's not reuniting with what is seeing it and the space in which it moves.
The only way we can unfreeze this identity is by slowing this movement of the mind observing with awareness that we are moving and observing that what moves is not really who I am.
Understanding and actually seeing through meditation that the truth of who I am is actually what observes the movement and not what is actually moving.
This is very very important.
Maybe the most most important thing for human beings to realize through our life is that you are not your mind you are not your identity,
Actually you are the space where that manifests.
So that's what we are here to do today and I believe that's what we are here to do as human beings on this planet,
All of us.
And we all have different ways to reach that and to go about it but that's really what we are doing because our soul is yearning for the light is yearning to connect with that awareness,
That pure consciousness which is the truth of who we are.
Let's start in a very physical way just to harmonize our chakras in a physical way.
Let's place one hand on the forehead and then one hand on the chest.
And now you are not giving yourself reiki or healing or nothing like this.
You are only placing the hands on your body in these very important energy centers and that's all what you do.
The rest,
The body knows exactly what to do your hands knows what to do,
You don't need to do anything you don't need to think about anything,
Nothing you just relax,
Observe how that works.
In fact,
As less you think and you do and you move and you visualize more powerful and fast the effect will be.
Okay,
Let's keep the right hand on the forehead and then let's shift the left hand from the chest to the area below the navel which is the second chakra or the sacral chakra and just stay there quietly,
No need to do anything just be there.
But when I say no need to do anything what we need to do you can say is to be aware that we are doing something if you think about anything else then it's not working at all.
You just have to be conscious of the touch and whatever you feel.

And let's shift to another energy center let's keep the right hand on the forehead and let's shift to the solar plexus just below the chest,
The upper part of the stomach or the abdomen.
Again,
The only thing you need to do is to be aware of what's happening.
Okay,
Now gently we can lower the hands,
The arms let's take a deep breath and when we exhale,
Now let's do visualize that we are directing the air and the life force down our body down to the earth.
Okay,
And now let's continue by softening that area that we held in the forehead allow it to be soft invite your eyes to soften invite your face to soften your jaw,
Your tongue and then let's soften the shoulders and the upper back feel that the abdomen relaxing the lower abdomen and the pelvic floor and now let's visualize that there is a flow of light or water like a river that flows from heaven,
From above the head and then it flows and touches the crown of our head then it splits to the front to the sides and to the back and then it flows down the whole body down the legs,
Down the feet into the earth and let's say enhance this movement visualizing that when we are inhaling we are visualizing that we are drawing the light or the water,
Whatever you visualize into the body and when we are exhaling we are redirecting that flow down our body into the legs,
The feet and into the earth as clear as the image more powerful the effect remember that the energy always flows with images,
Always not only the energy,
Life flows with image if there is no image,
Life doesn't know where to go so when we want to direct energy from heaven through our body down to earth we need to create an image ok,
So now let's pay specific attention to our mind ok,
And pay attention to your mind is it moving fast?
Meaning,
Is it generating a lot of thoughts and jumping?
And also what is the sensation that those movements,
Mental movements in the mind are generating in the head do you feel tension in the head do you feel that one side is bigger or smaller or more full or light ok,
And now let's say become aware that we are aware of that let's emphasize that we are aware so what I explained in the beginning try to experience it right now that there is awareness part within your mind and that awareness sees everything it can see when the mind moves when the mind thinks it can see everything now awareness doesn't only see the thoughts it also gives space for all the senses to manifest so suddenly there is a sound coming and you are aware of the sound or sensation in your body,
You are aware of that sensation or emotions in your body,
You are aware of the emotions etc all those impulses are coming through that moving part of the mind and are like reflecting in that space of awareness,
Like a mirror just dedicate some time to be clear about this mechanism,
How it works and it doesn't matter what you are experiencing it can be the breathing,
It can be sounds or another sensory impulses anything,
Or a thought or emotion,
Anything must appear in that field of awareness everything,
Everything,
Everything so now let's go deeper into the magic and let's ask ourselves the simple question is that awareness that is aware of everything is it only inside my brain,
My head is it limited to the size of my body or is it bigger than my head and if we compare this question to the image of the wave,
Frozen wave it's like the wave will ask itself am I only water in me or am I actually the whole ocean does my water or is my water that makes me they are only limited to my wave body or are there in the whole ocean is my awareness only in my body or is it in the whole creation this is the question if you feel it's only in your body that's no problem but just allow your mind to expand and become infinite and then immediately you notice that your awareness is infinite so when you are in that state of expanded awareness stay aware of the different impulses that you are aware of in your body emotions,
Thoughts,
Sensations but let's say transform from being aware of those impulses or manifestations only as the person and allow yourself to be aware of it as the whole creation this is quite mind blowing it blows the mind because the mind is not accustomed to that arrangement or that acknowledgement or that vastness so it blows it,
It shakes it but it liberates it and here comes another magical question what about identity do I need to say that I am infinite or I am aware of my thoughts or something what happens if I don't bring this I into the whole game what happens does it make any difference try,
Try just to be aware as the whole creation being aware of part of itself instead of I am aware of the whole creation or as the whole creation I am aware of something in me this is really just mind games that makes life very very complicated for us let's try to dissolve to dissolve that I like we unfreezing melting the frozen wave melting the illusory I back into that ocean of awareness,
Of being when we take the ego identity and we dissolving it we defrosting it back into the ocean of pure consciousness then we start to feel very very very good very good because that ego identity is constantly pulling us into a borrowed identity that is not our nature at all it's not the nature of reality of creation it creates separation and suffering constantly so allow the mind which is the only place where that identity is residing allow it to soften completely into that infinite pure consciousness which everything is as much as you surrender to that as much as you melt into that you gonna feel more and more comfortable peaceful blissful now the fact that your mind is already starting to merge and completely unite with that infinite pure consciousness it doesn't mean that your emotions are doing the same it doesn't mean that your physical body or your energy body is following that because normally because we are moving in a very very high separation identity in our daily life we create so much tension in our nervous system so much and in our physical in general so let's dedicate some time to soften that tension that we are holding so strong that our body holds into that infinite space which is the truth of who we are let's start by affirming that I'm inviting my nervous system to completely synchronize with that infinite consciousness which is all there is ok and if we want to to connect or to be very clear about our nervous system we just have to ask ourselves do I feel nervous,
Do I feel anxious and anxiety doesn't have to be full blown to feel that we are shaking inside that something within us is is shaking is not relaxed this is the nervous system and let's invite that nervousness to soften completely into that infinite space and again you don't need to do anything besides being completely aware of the infinite space and the nervousness and then they will harmonize they will synchronize nothing to do you see this is so sacred what's happening right now here because you are facilitating to your whole existence a synchronization that it's been yearning for for eons and eons for lifetimes and lifetimes this is what's called enlightenment when our human existence stop moving in a separate in a illusory way and completely enter to full synchronization with creation and then our nervous system is trained through many many lifetimes of course this lifetime included to be in very big stress or to operate under a lot of pressure because of that charge of separation so what we're doing here is like a gym work we're retraining the nervous system to undo we're teaching it that it's ok to be completely at ease,

At bliss we're teaching that the anxious part within us it is traumatized from many experiences in this life or other lives that it is safe to be just to be so all this takes training in a way it's more than training it's habituating our system to be in that place so even if it doesn't stick,
It doesn't stay every time we're connecting in this way it's so beneficial it's kind of pushing the system more and more into that complete peace and calmness and harmony then we know already where to go we know what we need to do then we slowly,
Slowly continue ok,
So after we invited our nervous system to synchronize let's invite our let's say emotional system but we're focusing mainly on the heart center although emotions can manifest in other parts of the body but this is quite the most important one so let's focus there but all the time as we're doing this process remember the truth of who you are and don't collapse into this separated entity and again lock all the energy become so small again stay infinite and invite your heart center to synchronize with that infinite being which you are let it expand to infinity beautiful so this is a technique that you can follow when you meditate on your own and if you still have other let's say areas that are bothering you in any way you can always invite those areas to synchronize as I said this is a practice that is very important to repeat as much as possible and slowly your system will adjust and you feel more at peace and you can return back or revert back to that state faster ok,
