Let's breathe.

As you're settling into your space,

Take a deep breath.

Take a deep breath in and pump all the air with three voiceless ha's.

Deep breath in and three voiceless ha's.

Deep breath in and feel your body filling up.

Deep breath in and notice your body moving up and down.

Inhale up.

Exhale down.

Up and down.

Up and down.

At your pace,

Up and down.

Up and down.

I see you breathing up and down.

At your pace,

Up and down.

I see you breathing up and down.

At your pace,

Up and down.

Stay with your breath for as long as you need.

Come back with a sigh when ready.

Take a deep breath.
