Hello and welcome to the path of peace part two. Twelve sacred steps for self assurance. I invite you now to take just twelve minutes to rest ensuring you will not be disturbed and to gently listen to the wisdom and the words I'm about to say. Breathe in and breathe out, Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out, Close your eyes and relax. I invite you to focus your attention. Step four, Advance your belief. Within you is the ability and the capacity to connect to the infinite universe, The creative cosmos, The stars, The solar system, The moon that governs the ebb and flow of the tides, Our emotions. Wherever you are spiritually there is power consistently all around you. So take a moment to acknowledge the universe that you are part of and to recognize right here, Right now that you hold the same power within you. Breathe in, Breathe out. The advancement of your belief system is of your choice. Even though that there are learned behaviors from your past, Patterns that you have formed, What you believe in is yours to choose and when you give yourself permission to connect to the sky, The stars, The infinite. What you believe, The way you believe will change as your senses are activated and your emotions move. You will come to know the power within you and this power is being called forth right now to bring you ease and peace and serenity. Breathe in, Breathe out. These are the emotions that you have consistent access to if you choose it to be so. Breathe in, Breathe out. I invite you to just imagine standing on the earth under a blanket of stars. Drop the worry, The fear or the anxiety and become magical, Mystical. Feel and sense and activate the peace within you, Connecting to the planet and the infinite universe around you. You will feel and sense the power to heal and empower yourself, Releasing the doubt or the diminished sense of self and bringing yourself into balance and wholeness once more. Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in, Breathe out. Step five, Increase self trust. Just bring it into the forefront of your mind that when you embark upon a sacred path and you see through the eyes of the higher self or the divine then all of your life has always been working out, Imperfection for your growth, The acceleration of your lessons. Wisdom is earned often through our adversity and our willingness to learn is not a course or an education, It's your life's lessons and therefore you can begin to see the perfection of the unfolding. Breathe in, Breathe out. All that you have to share with others. Breathe in, Breathe out. There are no mistakes and when you allow yourself to listen to your inner voice there are so many senses. To say we have just five is an understatement. We have become accustomed to our own separation from the source of power, The spirit within. Breathe in, Breathe out. It is time to listen beyond the five senses to the voice of your soul. It will speak to you and it will change your mind and you will increase the trust and the love that you have in yourself. Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in, Breathe out. You are safe. Breathe in, Breathe out. You are protected. Breathe in, Breathe out. And you are provided for. Breathe in, Breathe out. And I invite you now to imagine just for a few moments that you are on a beautiful landscape connected to the earth, The rocks, The trees, The mountains, The grass, The river. This deep earth connection brings you strength. Breathe in, Breathe out. It brings you courage. Breathe in, Breathe out. It allows you to find your wings to fly above any situation, To remote view it, To see its lessons, Its meaning and its purpose. Breathe in, Breathe out. And as you connect to the planet, Breathe in, Breathe out. You will seek more of the potential, More of the healing and more of the empowerment within you. Breathe in, Breathe out. Sacred step six, Hold heavenly faith. Breathe in, Breathe out. Faith has no terms and conditions. It holds no evidence. Breathe in, Breathe out. Faith is love. Breathe in, Breathe out. Faith is spirit. Breathe in, Breathe out. Faith is a frequency. Breathe in, Breathe out. And in human bodily form, It is a commitment to a higher frequency, Moving beyond your current situation. Breathe in, Breathe out. Faith is a calling that asks you to have no evidence. Breathe in, Breathe out. It is unknowing. Breathe in, Breathe out. An inner feeling. Breathe in, Breathe out. An inner feeling, A wise knowing that everything is working out. Breathe in, Breathe out. Faith is the opposite to fear and you are now at a crossroads. Faith in a higher power, Faith in you, Faith in the power of you is the same thing for you are one. It doesn't have to belong to anything set. You have the freedom to have faith in whatever you choose to place your faith in. It is your frequency, Your unconditional love, Your kindness regard for yourself, For others, Your life, Your purpose. To hold faith with no evidence is to activate and accelerate your emotions beyond the five senses. Beyond the five senses, You will find a deeper sense of self. Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe out. Breathe out. Gently bringing your awareness back to where you are resting. Take a stretch, Open your eyes and come back.
