The solstices of the year allows you to place the spotlight upon yourself.
The summer solstice is your rite of passage,
A celebration and a ceremony of your achievements,
Of the trials or tribulations that form the spirit of your strength.
To look back upon the year and reflect upon life's duality.
In our modern ways,
We have forgotten the beauty of rites of passage,
Of honoring,
Celebrating and respecting life through simple earth-based rituals.
It is simply a thank you to yourself,
Your breath,
Your life force.
And then,
Taking this time to retreat,
To integrate thoughts and feelings,
Allow your wellbeing to excel.
So I invite you to join me and relax a little deeper as you take a deeper reflection into yourself,
Your year,
Your solstice,
Your spirit,
Your strength and discern the creation for the next half of the year.
This is the solstice,
The summer solstice in light of the spirit of the self.
The solstice marks a turning point,
The longest day,
The shortest night.
From ear onwards,
The light begins to wane.
The potentiality within you is high.

Extend the mind screen like a cinema screen and find yourself on a beautiful summer landscape.
Maybe somewhere that is special or sacred to you.

Take a moment to become familiar with the surroundings that you are on.

Silently give your thanksgiving for the beauty of your breath,
Your life force and your life.
